Timer Jobs not pulling through in Applications Manager
Hey there I have an issue with our SharePoint monitors in App Manager where the Timer Jobs are not pulling through. I have Powershell Mode monitoring enabled and everything else pulling through fine, besides the Timer Jobs. I mentioned this in a previous ticket, request ID #49000007893914 Info: 1. We are running SharePoint 2013 across our 4 SP servers. 2. Please find screenshot of monitor attached, as well as the App Manager build. Please help, need to get monitoring on this asap. Empty window Support > DB Status > Query tools
Hello, Since one of the previous build of APM (I don't know exactly which one), the window Support > DB Status > Query tools is empty. It is impossible to execute a query. Howether, the other tab BD Status works normally. My installation information : I try with google chrome and mozilla firefox, same result. Any idea ? Thanks. Regards.
Oracle Monitor - Disk Group Details No Data Available
Hi, There is an oracle database monitor that can not see the tab ASM. The user have the privileges on the view V$ASM_DISKGROUP and when I checked on it show the next: But our DBA show a different output on the same database with the same user: I had reset the monitoring but still the same issue. Import Selenium Testcase issue

Deleted unmanaged monitor still showing under monitors
I have two unmanaged monitors that had been deleted. I'm able to delete these and it won't show anymore under Monitors (good). However, after a few minutes these show up again under Monitors >> Unmanaged. How do I remove these for good? Thanks!

Hi Team, we have few URLs which i am not able to access with no proxy setting. APM installation is also not using any proxy. so suggest me how can i monitor these urls? is it possible to set proxy setting for each URL separately.

Tomcat JDBC tab problem
Hello, I have Tomcat 7.X monitor configured and form more than a week I cannot manage to make JDBC tab to visualize information. The DB behind our Tomcat is Postgres. All other information is properly presented but the JDBC tab is empty, no graphs and collected data. Tomcat and the Postgres are installed on 2 different servers. Managed Server Instance unable to Start
Dear Team, We are facing an issue while connecting to one of our Managed servers, we have restarted it , it comes online but when we access to web , it stops responding , The alarms are being generated from the managed server instance but on the main admin server is shows as down and the GUI is inaccessible as well. We have performed the below steps again and again still no luck. 1.) Please open run and enter services.msc and stop the service of AppManager and disable the service completely. 2.)

Mobile App for Android - Monitor Groups Times out
Hello, I can use all other features in the applications except for monitor groups. I have even limited it to just one group, to see if it was too complex, and it doesn't load. I get a popup saying it timed out, and then shows no monitor groups. My user has correct settings and can access via webconsole, i have also tried the administrator account, also not working. Can't copy and paste new monitor
Maybe it's just my inexperience, but I can't seem to get copy and paste monitor to work at all. Not a huge deal normally, but I have a cluster of identical servers that serve up a java application that gives us specific data via mbeans. I want to duplicate the monitor I created on 1 server to also monitor the other 11. We are monitoring about 8 of the mbeans out of several hundred, so to go back and recreate the monitors without copy and paste is a task that may take weeks...days at minimum. Copy

MS Cluster - Available Storage Critical
Hello to Everyone We are using App Manager to monitor our Microsof 2012 Cluster. Don`t know why but every time I am getting error Health of MS Cluster is critical. Root Cause : Health of FMPMSSQL01-CL is critical. Root Cause : 1. Available Storage State Offline contains Failed,Offline,StateUnknown (threshold). Health of FMPMSCL1 is critical. 100's of logins per minute in event viewer from Application Manager
We are trying to troubleshoot an issue we are having with our Application Manager. On many of our servers we are seeing 100's of login/logoff events per minute in the Windows Event viewer. Our polling interval is set to anywhere from 2-5 minutes though. Any ideas why this might be or where we can look? It is almost as if for every metric we are asking for (CPU, memory, eventlog errors, application status, and service status) it is doing a completely separate login.

Monitors in this system
We have a AIX server monitor, where there are some File monitors (section "Monitors in this system"). The Health status for one of these File monitors has the status critical. But this status is not reflected / propagated up to the Health status for the whole server: The Root Cause Status for the server is Clear/Green. Is this normal behavior ? Also, I want to unmanged the Server and therefor I also expect the the File monitor well be unmanaged. But the File monitor is still status Managed, when
Sorting Bulk Configuration View By Health Only Sors within the page that is currently selected
It looks like Application Manager is only sorting within the current page of paged lists. This is not very helpful when wanting to sort all monitors in the bulk configuration view by their health. Sorting of paged lists of web pages typically sort all content page the results appropriately.
REST API not so RESTful
Hi, I was very disappointed in using the REST API because it breaks the RESTful paradigm in many ways. The methods are specified as part of URLs, whereas methods should be HTTP methods POST, PUT, GET, DELETE and such. URLs should be composed of verbs like "monitor" or "alarm" rather than function names like "AddMonitor". Result values should be HTTP return codes. On error the HTTP call should return 4xx or 5xx, not HTTP 200 (OK) and a response message containing the error. IMO creating a monitor

I'm having this error message in AppManager error log file: javax.management.InstanceAlreadyExistsException: AdventNet_Agent:Type=MLet,Name=MBeanDeployer I guess this happens because of a previously registered MBeanDeployer instance, but I don't know where it is on my linux installation. Problem with "Execute Program" action
I'm trying to configure an alarm that execute a program. I also configured an email action to send an alarm to my email when the application stop responding. When I shut down the application for testing (an Oracle database) I receive the e-mail but the batch file is not executed. Both actions are configured correctly on the alarm section of the monitor. The batch file I am trying to execute is: psexec \\w2003 c:\scripts_ora8\start.cmd I also tried: @psexec \\w2003 c:\scripts_ora8\start.cmd
Only one JMX Applications Monitor can be created
I try to create 2 JMX Applications Monitors for 2 Java processes running on a Linux server. Both Java processes are registered with the JNDI server on the Linux server (port 1099) with 2 different JNDI names. After I have succesfully created the JMX Applications Monitor for the first Java process I tried the create the second one. Creation seems successfull, no errors are reported.
