GINA on Thin Clients
Hi, We just started using ADSelfService, it working well so far. But we reach a little issue, the GINA client is not installing well on some Thin Clients. To be specific, on thin clients with "Windows XP Embedded" it's working well.on those that have Windows Embedded Standard 7 (HP), it returns the error "Fatal error during installation". We checked all permissions, remove the lock on these machines, but the result is always the same. Is there a solution for this?, or just Windows Embedded 7 is not

Hi There I have self service setup on a server changed the port to 80. installed the app as a service, change the login to a domain admins account. When I start the service I get The ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus service terminated with service-specific error %%-1. I can login though. ANy ideas why this is crashing or not working?

Display issue with "Password Policy Executor"
Hi, We just started using ADSelfService, it working well so far. But we reach a little issue in our Windows 10 clients (1709-1803), the scroll bar still empty. The password policy does not working. However, going through the custom Gina it works. Is there a solution for this ? Regards
Automated Email to Non-Enrolled Users
Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to send an email to all non-enrolled users? There is the option of exporting a list of these users which can be used to manually send, but ideally if this could be automated ? Thanks

I would like to hear if anyone has published the ADSelfService portal directly on the internet. We have some users outside our organisation, that has accounts in our AD to access some services. They have to send e-mails to helpdesk to get their password reset today. But I am unsure about the security around this, since I think I would have to place it in a DMZ but open up a lot of ports so it can access Active Dirctory. Any thoughts and experiences?

Password sync Active Directory to RedHat Idm (IPA)
Hi, we're using the ADSelfService tool already and are evaluating the password synchronizer functionality. The source will be an Active Directory and the target system is Red Hat Idm(IPA) feature based on OpenLDAP. I'm unable to connect to the LDAP interface using the OpenLDAP connector that's available. Hi, I am currently testing this product to see if it is worth implementing within my organisation. I was testing the 'forgot your password' section and you are prompted twice to enter a CAPTCHA code - once when entering username and once when you are filling in security questions (see attached). Is there any reason to have this twice? I feel that this might be off-putting for users when having to reset their own passwords

Manually enroll users and set additional email address for verification code
I have a group of users which I'd like to manually enroll and add a second email address to. Within this group is a subset of users who have already enrolled, but have not set a second email address for verification code resets. Using the 'Import enrollment data from CSV' option gives me the error 'header is not consistent'. I downloaded and install ADSS today on a Windows 2012 Server. In the ADSS admin portal, I created an SSL CSR and submitted to Comodo for a certificate.
