Hi,
I am currently testing this product to see if it is worth implementing within my organisation. I was testing the 'forgot your password' section and you are prompted twice to enter a CAPTCHA code - once when entering username and once when you are filling in security questions (see attached). Is there any reason to have this twice? I feel that this might be off-putting for users when having to reset their own passwords
