AdManager Self service Plus New user (Request)

Bulk Export of Template
The bulk import is not easy to use. It would be great if AdManager had an export feature, even if it was just 1 user set up as a template and we could just do a search and replace for changes... Mike

In the management side, it would be great to have a simple command to collect a list of disabled users-deselect accounts you want to keep on the server for whatever reason--and then archive the rest to PST's and delete the mailboxes from the server. If possible, an option to remove the disabled accounts from Active Directory would be great as well. Thanks! Jason

I'm trying to run a group report to list members of certain AD groups. In ADManager, I go to the AD Reports tab > Group Reports on the left hand side menu > and then Group Members. The menu pops up and I'm able to browse through every group in our domain. I select the group and hit the generate button, and I always get the same message " No Reports Available Click here to TroubleShoot. " I've followed all troubleshooting steps to no avail. ADManager Database restore not working
We were having an issue with the server admanger was installed in so I run the backupDB.bat file in the bin folder. This created a zip file in the backup folder. We then removed admanager from the server and reinstalled it. We applied the license file to the new install and then copied the backup to the new install. we then ran the restoreDB.bat file and it does nothing. The DOS windows will flash for a brief second and then it goes away. Do I need to change something in the bat file to get this

Evaulation Period Questions
I have installed a 30 day trial on my admin workstation. I like what I see so far, this seems to be what were looking for in terms of user management and self service helpdesk. I am however going to be forced to sell the system to the management who sign the checks. I'm looking at the 5 helpdesk license, but we would be smart to just do the 10, in any case its thousands a year from a non-profit company budget. Bulk User Move to OU with CSV Import
I import my csv with around 3000 users. I then try and move them to a specified OU, but whenh you click apply it just loads a blank page and nothing happens. I know i am doing it right, because if i just select say 10 users from the list and click APPLY to move to OU that works fine. Any ideas??
