CSV Import Modify Users

I am having trouble modifying 4 test users with the CSV import?modify users option.

I have them created and I have a CSV file with the fields I want to update:

name
displayName
sAMAccountName
title
streetAddress
l
st
co
postalCode
telephoneNumber
accountExpires
mobile
department
company

when I select my CSV file they display properly in the page, and if I select all or even one I get a blank page or an error where the title bar normally is:

Any help would be great as I will need to update everyone in my AD by the end of next month, approx 600 user accounts.
