Hi All, I have a problem on some interfaces, the data is available on the interfaces but the graph showing as below. I tried rediscovering the interfaces,adding the devices and repairing the database. But issue still persist. Database is POSTGRESQL.

Hi, I need help to monitor 5 Cisco UCS C200 M4 Servers in OpManager. I already have opened a case with support but they doesn't give me answers. They just said that if I don't have UCS Manager I can't monitor the cisco ucs servers via UCS. But I really need an alternative urgently, I am trying to monitor the servers via SNMP, to do that I do it the following: I created a new device template. I associate the oids to the template. Upgraded to 11600 - license not working?
Hi, I recently upgraded to 11600 and now when Opmanager is running, in the webpage I see the icon at the top right for "Get Quote | Purchase" even through when I go to Support/About it shows me the license does not expire until Nov 2016 Any ideas? I tried reloading the license .xml file to no avail Thanks
Rules - SQL
Hi I want to set up a rule that applies specific monitoring to a server if it finds the sqlsevr.exe process running. Problem is that the only options for the monitoring is "All instances" or "Default instance". I only want a couple of the things monitored - not the 18 default monitorable items. How can I set the rule up so that only the ones I want are put on - I have too many SQL servers to be able to go through one by one... -Kane
Double email notification ?

Hi Guys The OpManager console is quite slow, what can I do to keep it running quickly? I have followed the recommended specs for OpManager installations. 2000 alerts in the history - is that a lot? Can I do any database maintenance or anything like that to speed it up? Kind Regards Kane
Report scheduled show data for all devices not business view
Hi, we have aetup a report that is restricted to a specific Business View. When we schedule the report the generated PDF is no more restricted to the configured Business View however we see data for all the devices. How can we easily create and schedule a report that will be limited to a specific Business View and this for each kind of report ? That mean i like to schedule report for CPU utilization, memory utilization and availability for a specific business view. Cheers

Brocade VDX MIBs
Hello, I can't browse attached MIB from Brocade NOS 6.0.2 in ManageEngine OpManager 11 b11600. The error is: Error parsing MIB:nos602_all_mibs.txt Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file D:/ManageEngine/OpManager/./mibs/nos602_all_mibs.txt. Encountered "\u00ef" at line 1, column 1. Was expecting a ModuleName and that should be in upper case or atleast in proper case Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Lost History
OPManager stopped retrieving data from servers and also lost all data history for all devices. it back to retrieve data after restarting the server but the data history gone. thanks to help in solving this issue.

Ref to the below image, Its a switch and I would like to send a e-mail notification when the switch is down. -But unfortunately, Its down more than 10mins and doesn't get an email. -After the switch resumed as normal. Monitor HP Brocade Switch SN3000B shows no Traffic on the Interfaces
Hi We just added a new HP Brocade SAN Switch SN3000B to Opmanager. Under Interfaces, I was expecting that the RX / TX Traffic is shown and that I have some more details on each interface. It can read the Interface Speed (4,8,16GB) but not the traffic. Any Idea how to fix that? Is there a template I can use to chech the temp and powersupply status? thx Joerg

Event log rules not applying
Hello, I created a new rule in the Event log Rules Then only info I filled was: Name: Schannel ID: 36888 Source: Schannel Severity: Or, ignore the event. I don't know why but it doesn't seem to work. That particular event falls under the Any System Failure rule where the Event type is Critical + Error and severity is Critical. What am I doing wrong ? Thanks. Marco C.
User interface problems
Hi everyone, I'd like to report some user interface problems I've found with both Firefox and Microsoft Edge. I'm running Windows 10. Here's what I've found so far: I can't edit monitors under the "old interface" if the machine in question is a virtual machine. Even under the "old interface", virtual machines still have the "API" look to them. Clicking the edit button does nothing. It works fine under the API interface. hello there. I am wondering if it is possible to monitor whether or not a TCP/UDP port is open on a particular server, from another server's perspective. for example, you consider that opmanager has been installed on Server_A. server B has a service running on 123 TCP port. (MSMQ) according to firewall hardening, opmanager cannot has acess to this port. the only server that has is Server_C. so Server_A (opmanager) should be notices if Server_C find that specifit tcp port as NOT OPEN, in server_B.

So the file size monitoring is not required for our SQL servers so I have been removing each File Size monitoring from each of the SQL Servers one by one. Two part question: I removed it from a server but its still reporting NEW alarms saying that there are files bigger than the threshold that was previously in place. I have read that AD support for OpManager users was added. I can't see the option to add AD integration in OpManager Admin screen. Also when will LDAP be supported? I really thing that LDAP support should have been added first as AD is just a modified version of LDAP.

Rediscover interface does not work
Hello Dear, Interface descriptions were changed on the switch. I tried to rediscover interfaces. OpManager found changes, I applied 'add' button, but there were no changes. UCS monitoring on opmanager trial
Hi there, I'm using opmanager in trial mode (last version) and wish to test UCS monitoring. I'm adding the credential and adding ucs like documentaion says (Admin -> Infra.View -> UCS -> Add UCS) but i'm getting Device add failed. SNMPwalk gives me an answer when made on the linux of the opmanager installation. Any thoughts on the problem? Thanks. Pedro.

Problem loading files in MIB Browser
Hi all, I´m not able to load a file in Manage Engine Mib Browser. The error is: Could not parse the file xxx.txt The error occured at the line no: 2241, column: 31. Expecting the right brace. I´ve checked the line but everything is ok. On the other hand, if I change the file extension to .mib and try to load it the error is diferent ... Could not parse the file xxx.mib Encountered "\u00f" at line 1, column 1. Was expecting a Module Name and that should be in upper casde or at least in proper case.

Running OpManager - Migration from PostgresSQL to MSSQL possible?
Dear support, I have an existing OpManager with a PostgresSQL database running on my system. I would like to use MSSQL with my OpManager. I already have installed MSSQL Server Express 2012 on my system. Is it possible to migrate from PostgresSQL to MSSQL database, when the OpManager was already installed? If yes, how can i do it? Opmanager convert to MSSQL Fails.

I run the DB Configuration tool, select SQL Server, put in the server name and credentials and click Ok. Nothing happens. there, but it does create an OpManagerDB on the SQL Server. Clicking OK again says that the database is still there, continue, yes or no. Choosing yes or no does nothing. I close and reopen the window and the database is back to PostGresSQL. Attempting to run RestoreDB.Bat does

Liebert UPS Monitoring
Hi Everyone, I've done some searching in the threads but all the post I've found are several years old with no real answers. I'm trying to monitor 2 GXT2 Liebert UPS's from Emerson. When I provide the SNMP credentials, Op Manager detects them properly, but no graphs are showing up. I suspect the OIDS are incorrect, but I've tried some mibs and still no luck. We're using the latest version of Op Manager. Has anyone had any luck setting up these? I've attached a picture as well. Thanks!
