Recently acquired OpManager Enterprise Edition 11600. We had already bought months ago Service Desk Plus MPS.
Now I am having trouble integrating the two tools. I have read many topics open for other people who have the same problem and still could not help.
I've tried everything. Until finally I got to the point of carrying out the settings in the SDPMSPConfig.xml
But without success.
As the picture below is my config file, do not know whether it is configured correctly or not (help me on this please), but then open OpManager, he says that the settings do not belong to the indicated Account (As set in the SDP):

This was the closest I came to complete the integration. Other than that, the errors are the same that have been reported by other users of OpManager.
Remembering that I am using the latest versions of both software. And Ah!! I Trying another forms to put information on site. IP, IP+port, hostname+port etc and nothing happens.
Can you help me figure out what the problem is and tell me what I'm doing wrong?
