i install apm in the same server of opmanager but after complete installation when i press on apm tab all i have opmanager refused to connect.

Hi, I am new in OpManager. I am monitoring the router and set the interface monitor (ex. ifInOctets, ifInUcastPkts ) I have set the threshold for this also to get the alerts. But I also want to get the alerts data when data is breached the threshold but can't find the rest api to get the alert's data.

Hello guys. I'm evaluating OpManager and when I go to Discovery/Input//Credentials/SNMPv1/2, there is a filed named: Retype Password. What password should be placed in that field? Also the notice "Both passwords should have same values" confuse me! What kind of passwords we are talking about here? thanks

Event Log Monitor Formatting
Everything works great with the event log monitoring so far especially for monitoring domain-level changes such as security groups or GPO changes. NCM Plugin Fail Backup TFTP No route to host
Hello, I'm trying to configure backup with NCM during testing credential fail with this error copy startup-config tftp://<OPManager server IP>/2_ConfigFile.txt vrf default Trying to connect to tftp server...... TFTP put operation failed:No route to host the error is because in this switch vrf is not configured with default name but with "custom" name. where can I change it? Is it possible to have different "custom" name based on device?
Cannot add windows credential in opmanager installed on linux server
Hi, We have just purchased opmanager premium. I have set this up on a Linux Server. When I try and add a credential, there is no credential type for Windows. There is only snmp and telnet credential types. Am I able to add a Windows credential type to my Opmanager server running on Linux, or do I have to install Opmanager on a Windows server to be able to add a Windows credential. How to send notification on specific process monitor?
Good day, I currently have a specific Process Monitor in place on a couple of Windows servers. I'd simply like to say "if this process is not running, send out an email notification". However, when I step through the Notifications tab, I can configure the profile type, but am unable to find this particular process under the selection criteria. Is there some other way to set up this type of notification, or is there something I might have to do such that this particular process appears under the list

2 Virtual interface, force tcp communiction only to one
I would like to show you an environment/configuration question I have PMP and OPManager in HA installed, this is the environment: 1 VM PMP 1 VM OPmanager 1 physical Machine with PMP and OpManager installed Physical machine have 2 virtual interface with different ip and different VLAN. 1 VLAN for PMP and 1 VLAN for OPManager Is it possible to configure OPManager run on physical Machine to have TCP Communication and listening port only to one of those virtual interface?
Is there a way to disable automatic discovery of devices?
I would like to stop OPmanager from rediscovering all the devices I delete and don't want in my monitoring. When I seach the forums, I can only find very old topics which don't seem applicable anymore and I can't seem to find the option in the settings. This automatic re-discovery is driving me insane. I just want to monitor a static set of devices.

Unable to connect OpManager to client server using Domain Account (RPC Server is Unavailable).
I have done exhaustive research into this topic, and no solution I have tried thus far has yielded any success. I am attempting to connect a new server to OpsManager, the server was added successfully, but when attempting to have OpsManager connect to the Server and begin monitoring using the Domain Admin Service Account that I have designated, I receive the "RPC Server is Unavailable" error. However, when connecting using ONLY a Local Admin account, it connects just fine and there are no issues.
Retrieve a device's OS name in Rest API
Hi, How could we get the device OS name and version via API request? In the listDevice and getDeviceSummary endpoints, there's a type property which is giving the OS name in some cases (like windows 2008 R2, Windows, Linux (without any more details), ...) But it also has the values like Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series or Compaq Device which obviously aren't OS names. Device template with same name already exists
Hi, I was having an issue backing up our new Aruba switches. I noticed there was a new device template on the ME site, so downloaded the XML. Tried to import it and I get the error message "Device template with same name already exists." I deleted the devices associated to that template, I only had 3, and tried to reimport and I get the message "Device template with same name already exists." Decided to delete the original template from Settings --> NCM --> Device Templates and tried to reimport....same
Internal Server Error while calling getProbeURL
Hi, Trying to get probe url via API, it returns Internal Server Error: {"error":{"message":"Internal Server Error while processing this request.","code":5000}} This is the sample url I try to get API response through: http://<CentralOPManager>:8060/api/json/device/getProbeURL?apiKey=<API_KEY>&name=172.18.63.3.70000000001 P.s: I don't have access to system logs or OPManager web console with full access permission. API call is blocked on central server
Hi, I want to call getDeviceSuammary and many other device/interface specific endpoints on a Master-slave installation of OPManager. But I get this error mesage in API repsone: {"error":{"message":"This operation is blocked in Central Server.","code":5004}} However, The call of listDevice endpoint returns the correct answer without any error. What's the reason and how could I get details of the devices which are behind probes? Thanks

Hi, I am trying to add a Polycom device to be monitored but it is asking me to select a vendor before I can add monitors. Problem is, Polycom isn't an available vendor. Should I just select something random or can additional vendors be added somehow?

Upgrade to 124033 service pack
Hi. After I Upgrade OPManager to 124033 service pack, I cannot connect to server by mobile app( I tested android & IOS app) but it established on web browsers.
Custom Monitoring using snmptable
Currently we can add the OID which can be use via snmpwalk command. Since its not available in Opmanager, We unable to monitor some parameter which can be found using snmptable command. e.g in F5, we want to monitored the Pool Member state.
