Can someone please help with a report that will show tickets that are older than 30, 45 & 90 days old? We are on version 14.3 Build 14304 using PostSQL Thank You

Creating new ticket by searching by Employee ID instead of full name
Is it possible that when creating a new ticket to be able to search for the user by their Employee ID instead of having to search for the first name and waiting for the list to drop down?
Please be aware that the "signature" (evidently) of some employees here will make replying to a post impossible

Double password prompt
Hey guys, Any idea why i am getting a username/password prompt twice? (I posted this earlier also)? This happens when i open my IE or firefox and i browse to my local installation at http://localhost:8080. A first popup appears asking for a user and password combination. I can type in anything i want, it won't accept any credentials, no local, no administrator, no domain accounts... nothing. I have created several solutions in MS Word. They have images in them. I open the word document and copy and past it into the solution so that I don't have to type it. When I do this the images are there. They look fine. I save it. Later when I come back to the solution the images are gone. And the images are not in the inline images directory either. Asset Scanning is Locked
This morning I open Desktop Central and I see there are 133 machine failed scans. I open the section and every machine in the list is displaying "Asset Scanning Is Locked". I have been fixing machines with this problem and there is no way I am fixing all these machines manually anymore. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?
