Hi There, Looking for a query which will show all outstanding incidents, requests, tasks, changes and problems for all technicians grouped first by group then by technician. We are using SDP version 14.3 14304 on SQL Thank you :)

cant send mails from tool to outside domain users
Hi, i have added a exchange 2013 email id with the tool. while replying from the tool, mail reaches to the internal domain(my domain) users. But getting error with outside users(other domains) ERROR: "Invalid address". i have created connectors for the tool IP's and enabled everything from my exchange server but still facing the issue. Changing status after requestor response
Hello! We have an issue with changing statuses after Requestor is adding reply. We have ticket in status Customer Action and awaitng actions from Requestor. When he adds Reply i would like to see status is changed to Open or In progress. How can I achieve it? I was trying to use Business Rules, but it seems not to work with Reply functionality (only when changing the incident itself). Best Regards John

Dynamic Group based upon Laptop Model?
I was trying to create a custom dynamic group that would contain all computers of a particular model. I am not seeing the ability to select a model though in the dynamic group creation functionality. Am I missing it or is there a different way to do this. The Use Case is to deploy a particular firmware update to all machines of a particular model. Thoughts appreciated.

Logon events (possible more?) stops showing in web UI every night
