Cannot select WMI performance counter of MSMQ Queue
Inside the server, I can add performance counter of MSMQ Queue in system monitor of performance management console. However, when trying to add WMI performance counter for the server in OpManager, MSMQ Queue does not listed for select. Why?

Graph Messags sent per day
I am exploring the exchange monitors and notice that I am able to graph things like MessagesSentTotal and MessagesSent/sec. What I really want, however, is "Messages Sent Per Day." Ideally, this report would handle the reboot of the server robustly, rather than reset as MessagesSentTotal does now. Any ideas on where I should look?
Unable to Rediscover Host, VMWare (OPM v9410)
Hi, I have several VMWare ESX hosts in OpManager that are no longer reporting information and when I try to rediscover them I get the error message "Unable to Rediscover Host". The credentials are valid and I have other VMWare hosts that are reporting information fine. Can you advise how I can rediscover these hosts without removing and re-adding them? In addition there are also a number of orphaned VMs that remain so even when rediscovered. Some of the orphaned ones are also still reporting information.
Manage WiFi devices with OpManager
Hi, I'd like to know if it is possible to manage WiFi device. I think that it is possibile to manage an access point using ICMP and SNMP. Is it possible to create an network diagram only for WiFi network? Is it possibile to manage the client that are associated to the AP? Work Flow not running when alarm is triggered
Am I doing something wrong ? The script returns an alert when the queue gets over 2500, but the work flow never runs or even sends us an error. The workflow runs fine when I run it by hand. Running version 9200 build 10000
HyperV Host adding problem
Hi, OP Manager 9 auto add the HyperV host machine with is VM machines but i cant able to access the HyperV host machine with different IP address as attached is the snap shot of the same as if i click on HyperV host an message "Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object" will be show. Monitor Checkpoint Firewall
Has anyone had problems loading the chkpoint firewall mibs? (chkpnt.mib) When I try to load the file in the mib browser it get an error: com.adventnet.snmp.mibs.MibException: could not parse the file /chkpnt.mib 1. The keyword 'ACCESS' or 'MAX-ACCESS' may be missing or the keyword 'SEQUENCE OF'may be missing. or the syntax with invalid subType construct.
Questions and suggestions for OpManager 10.1 New UI
The new UI looks find and good. But, how can I access those pretty graphs? I tried through Dashboard, Device Snapshot, Reports... I don't see it. Also, it says press ALT+C to clear the alarm. Did not worked. Am I supposed do this on Windows 8? Hi, We're applied a service pack to upgrade Opmanger 8 to version 8810, (as we plan to upgrade to version 10) and I notice since applying the Service pack for Version 8 It has removed the menu, What happended? How can I make opmanager to simply ignore and drop the unsolicited traps, or maybe delete them after a while, instead of keeping them into the db? In about 3 weeks of usage I have about 2 million rows of completely useless unsolicited traps. Thanks

how to monitor Internet Traffic of those IPs outside of the LAN
Hi, There is an ADSL which goes to router. those IPs which are in our LAN can be monitor. but those IPs which are directly connected to the internet cannot be monitor. How can I monitor the Internet Traffic of these IPs. Note: Our LAN is 10.0.0.0 . and we want to monitor anything except 10.0.0.0. In addition there is no Proxy or ISA server to do it with them. FIX: Memory Leak on Windows 2008 (non-R2) in LSASS.EXE

If you use a lot of WMI scripting/monitoring and are using NTLM for authentication Win2k8 through service pack 2 has a memory leak in lsass.exe and will consume the server memory after a while. This MS hotfix fixed it for us and lsass' memory usage is no longer constantly growing. Hi I have noticed that OpManager is not fully supported in Windows 2008. When the service starts it try to start Internet Explorer, resulting in this dialog. (see dialog.jpg) If I click View the message, a Opmanager login screen is shown. See Result.jpg Why does the service display the login screen? I have seen this error in ADManager too. Assign performance monitors?
I would like to be able to monitor CPU, Memory, Hard Disk IO and Space, and Bandwidth for all servers, and the CPU/Memory/Bandwidth for Network devices... Is there an easier way than going one by one each monitor and setting thresholds for every monitor, then setting alerts for going over the thresholds? 5 monitors X 157 servers = 785 Monitors X say.... 30 seconds each monitor, thats a full 6 hours to set up monitoring... and thats just the servers/virtual servers...

Opmanager 10, IBM BladeCenter Cisco Hardware Sensors
Upgraded to Omanager 10 yesterday. Appreciate the fixes. However posting regarding every bladecenter we have (5) alerting for Cisco BladeCenter Switch Hardware Sensor Alerts. "Hardware Sensor Name : chassis. Category : fan. Current State : warning(2) - The sensor is operating outside the normal operating range" Its unlikely that we truly have a problem with every blade switch, honestly I would not be surprised if these switches are fan-less, because of the monstrous fans which exist in the IBM

Opmanager and Chrome V26
Support, Chrome v26 breaks the opman interface. See attached. All common sense says this is Google's fault, but you can be pretty sure they aren't going to fix it, so we need you to fix it please? SQL Logfile Used % showing very large number
We are using OpManager to monitor our SQL servers. We have a database that is being mirrored that we are trying to monitor but it is not working properly. When we look at "Logfile Used %" it is showing "9223372036854776000 %" used, on the primary server of the mirror it shows as "4 %." I tried removing the mirrored copy from OpManager and added it back, however it still shows this large number. The log file size is only 150 MB. Any ideas on how to correct this?
Polling interval issue with Opmanager build 10
Ever since I installed the new Opmanager build 10 , my interface polling has been set at every two hours. I had all my interfaces polling at five minutes before the upgrade and I cant seem to bring the polling time back down. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi, URL monitor in workflow doesn't work correctly: if you try to check public URL like google.com or cisco.com, either with Get or Post method, the site doesn't respond (Host Unavailable error) However, the same function in URL "dashboard" monitor works out.
