Hi, I am getting delayed webalerts in Opmanager. we are monitoring some processess running in linux servers.when some processess goes down getting alerts after 5 to 10 mins. If I stop and start the opmanager service then it works fine. what could be the reason? Sam.
Access Denied when running .bat file w/vbs script in it
Hello, I'm trying to run a .bat file that has a vbs script in it but I keep getting access denied. I can browse to that network folder (with the current user logged in to my test machine) and can run the .bat file just fine with no errors. Screenshot below. The .vbs script is a script to remove Office 2010. I'm running this from the Custom Script command in desktopcentral.
RFC 1212-object error
I am trying to load a MIB that Linksys sent me so that I can setup my WAP54G v3 access point with some interface monitors, etc. I have the Linksys MIB in my MIB's folder, as well as 1155, 1213, and 1215 but get an error about RFC1212 missing. I looked at line 11 column 39 and see this in that location: IMPORTS enterprises, IpAddress, FROM RFC1155-SMI DisplayString, PhysAddress FROM RFC1213-MIB OBJECT-TYPE FROM RFC-1212 TRAP-TYPE FROM RFC-1215; I have attached the error screenshot as well as the Linksys

Servers randomly losing CPU and Memory monitoring stats
Hi, Just checking if anyone has come across this issue. We have recently signed up to OpManager and spent some time getting all our servers added and monitored. Yesterday i noticed that about 20 of our monitored servers no longer showed stats for CPU and Memory monitors (see attachment). I can confirm the monitors themselves for both still definitely exist under performance monitors and that the credentials used (WMI protocol) is passing the test. Notification Profiles - Edit Profile Name?
Hi guys Anybody know of a way that you can edit your profile name within the notification profiles? Currently if you go - Admin - Notification profiles You see a full list of notification profile you have created, however when you click edit next to the Notification profile you're currently unable to edit the name (I presume this is because the profiles are associated to the devices) Is there anyway that the profile name can be edited? pictures dashboard stop appearing..
After updating to version 10100, after a while the images of the dashboards are no longer displayed (no charge). I found that by deleting the files in the TEMP folder, or restart the service, the images appear again normally. Someone is going through this? Thanks.. Evandro Brazil.
None responsive devices
Hi all I'm having trouble getting a response from some of our devices. The majority of the devices are Allied Telesyn 8000s switches. I am able to add them and have the interfaces listed but no data. We are also having trouble with our core switch, we aren't able to monitor memory and CPU utilization but the we are getting usage data from ports. Could this be due to the core being a stack of 3 3com switches? All of these devices work with PRTG network monitoring software. I'm a compete manage engine
VMware Monitoring in OpManager has lot of bug's
Hi All, We have found that VMware monitoring through OpManager is not feasible as we have encountered so many issue since we started monitoring our VMware environment in it. For example we were not able to delete few devices detected by the OpMangaer through ESX server and to add it to latest we have an issue when we move a VM Guest OS from one ESX to another and reboot the ESX the ESX device is only not detected and the ESX server gives an error Could not collect data, HTTPS connection may be slow

I am using MSP Center Plus version 7205. I know it is not officially supported anymore, but maybe someone can help me. I am trying to install an SSL Certificate from Go Daddy. I followed all the steps on this link: http://help.mspcenterplus.com/Import-third-party-SSL-Certificate.html, very carefully and everything works fine until I get to step 5 and try to import the certificate into the keystore. Snapshot Switch Map shows interfaces in wrong order
The interfaces in the snapshot map for switches shows all of the ethernet interfaces for each switch, but they are in an erratic order. Is there any way to manually configure the order they are shown?

Hi, we like to install OPManager (build 10100) + ApplicationsManager 11 on one server. At the moment both programs are installed one one testserver and the performance is really bad. Testserver, installed 2 months ago, is a Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 with an IntelXeon 3.6 GHz processor and 5 GB RAM. Opmanager local monitoring broken since 10100
Hi, Since installing 10100 the snmp and wmi monitors I have set up for the server where the Opmanager service is installed no longer work. Testing the monitors fails. I have had a look through the Opmanager log directory and cannot see anything relating to it.. The vmware stats still work fine and testing the snmp credentials passes with no issues. Perhaps it is more an issue with writing polled stats to the database for this specific device.. Any ideas? Thanks

Infrastructure URL Monitors are Not Clearing build: 10100
This morning, we are seeing several infrastructure monitors which have not cleared, although the snapshot of the URL, shows the current status as clear. I notice this is not happening with URLs located under a device. We actually noticed this a week ago, but put it off to thinking it could be something we had done. But I can see now these are just not clearing when the URL in fact clears. I'll open a case.

Is it possible to configure Opmanager to monitor those IP SLA monitors and report that the link is down if the monitor returns down. Can not restore Opmanager 10100
Hello I seem to be having issues restoring OpManager 10100. My Database is MSSQL 2008 R2 SP2. I'm trying to migrate my data to a new server. I have never had problems with this in the past. On my current OpManager server I am using the data base maintenance tool. I select All Data and Backup Mode is MSSQL to MySQL. Device already present in the System
I have some problems with adding a vmhost after I deleted it. I get the message: "Device already present in the System", but when I search for it as a host or ip I get no results. The reason I deleted the vmhost was that it could not figure out how to display the current VMs after some of them have migrated to another host. I am running MS HyperV cluster with four nodes. Hi, Can Opmanager monitor a website (specifically ping) that states "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied."? Basically I have a web site that some users are reporting to be slow during various times of the day and I wanted to monitor it with opmanager (ping and response times) but due to the configuration Opmanager wont be able to open the site only get the above message. I'd like to edit my overview to include 2 columns, but am unable to do so. I can select the number of columns, but I can't edit the column widths. If click Save, I get prompted that I need to change the column widths: Anyone seen this before. Only happens on the Overview screen.

IPAM Not Providing All IP Addresses
Alright folks... I've installed IPAM / SPM Plugin to monitor our IPs and Switchports. However, particularly with one subnet, I'm only seeing a small portion of IPs. It's also telling me our IP usage is at 99%. It's a /23 network, and is only finding 116 addresses. Ideas?
