Office 365 Incoming mail issue
We have deployed Office 365 with an SMTP Relay server. I cannot get the incoming mail settings to accept in ServiceDesk 8.0.0 Build 8009 There should be no auth needed for this server No combination of settings seem to work Please advise
SLA milestone notification are not received
Dear, We have an issue in the SLA milestone notification! I have configured customized SLA notification for response and resolution. But none of the assignees and owners receives the notification. could any body can help ,because we have issues in production environment . SLA 's are getting attached but when response time exceed to 50% ..user is not getting warning breached notification to their mails. Remedy ITSM 8.0 looking to hear from you in next future. Version 10100 - Hardware monitoring giving false positives
We're running version 10100 and we're noticing false positives on the hardware sensors. We rec'd a failed power supply alert this morning from opmanager for one of our VM Hosts and verified it was a false positive. Both p/s are green, the HP SIM and iLO status showing p/s running normally. Has anyone come across this error? Enterprise - Move devices to another probe
Hey We have just had our OpManager converted from Essentials to Enterprise, and all the devices was stuck in the same probe. My co-admin, delete the probe server (Old essentials) this week :( How can I move the devices / rules and everything to a new probe ?
SBS 2003 cannot monitor AD and Exchange at same time
I'm using the free version right now, I can't seem to find a way to monitor both. Just trying this on an SBS 2003 server that holds all roles. Is there a way to get the Exchange AND AD monitoring to work? It seems like it is one or the other.

OpManager Upgrade to 11100 Problems
I recently upgraded to build 11100. I also upgraded the NetFlow Plug-in and the IPAM / SPM Plug-in. After the upgrade, I have many problems logging in using the AD pass through authentication using Google Chrome. I finally had it working for two hours and then it stopped working and tells me Invalid username and/or password.It does work with IE browser. workflow edit/add issue
Hi there, OpManager build: 10100 2 issues with regards to workflow: can't add workflow to an existing device the only way to add it is by creating new workflow on that particular device can't edit workflow to include other device pressing [save] after editing simply removed the added device(s) Are those known issues? Viewing traps
I need a way to see all events recorded by a device in the device view, in a device view I can click "Show alarms" under "Actions" but I don't see traps. There is no way too see this as far as I know, please tell me where too find it or could you make a feature request for this. Thanks -Helgi

Hello, I've few questions about new hardware health features (Opmanager v10) and dial graphs : Hardware health tab We've got an HP Lefthand Storage array. This hardware is discovered as a Linux server and some hardware counters are not properly configured (see screenshot below : fan speed empty, power 0 watts,...) - how to modify these SNMP OID hardware sensors for this category ? - how to modify thresholds to create alarms on hardware sensors ? AIX disk problem

Our Recent alarms are not clearning. The alarm message is "Device not responding: Probably down or busy" Date / Time 1/6/14 1:13pm However when you click on the device is responding, but the error does not clear.

Editing Device Templates
Hi All, i would like to be able to edit the Windows Server 2008 device template. this template has auto assigned itself to our servers when they were discovered by Opmanager. i just need to enable the monitors which are default on this template - however i need to assign the template an OID? is there a simple way of editing the template without this as these servers are using WMI and not SNMP. im sure there is a simple way of editing the monitoring values. im new to this so any help would
Certificate Expiry Field and Custom Report, by Certificate Expiry Dates
Here is an easy to implement suggestion. I would like the option to add Certificate Expiries, to Server and Network devices, and be able to put thresholds based by their expiries, so that I could be notified in advance of that date, to obtain my renewal. I've created a custom field for Certs, with a date field, but that doesn't help me with monitoring it :-) which I would like to at 1 per day, and a threshold of 1 month or 2 weeks etc. Would be very useful with the number of certs which we manage.
OPM device needs manually set "Manage" after connectivity loss
Every time remote devices lose connectivity, we have to manually go to device page > Actions > Manage again. How can this setting be changed where we no longer need manual intervention?

10200 Removes Custom Toolbar
I had created a custom toolbar within the navigation menu of our 10100 build. It included links to all other web-based management tools available in our organization...made it easier for technicians to browse to the device management. After 10200 that's gone. Not a HUGE problem, but just FYI...not great.

Is there a way to get server list for a particular domain via IP range? I know I can do all computers then do a search for server but need to know if I can by IP range.

All Alarms: Not showing correct results
When I select a different page size in the Alarms -> All Alarms screen, leave that screen, then come back, it will always show 25 results, while the page size shows the option that I selected before. When I initially select the page size, it shows the correct amount of results. This also occurs when looking at specific device results if there are enough results to view. System details: OpManager 10 on Windows 08 R2. Viewing on Max OS X 10.8.5 using Chrome 30.0.1599.69.

Good evening, I have OPManger 10 installed on a test environment. I'm trying to discover a list of server from a CSV file but I get the following error: "Devices in the specified range are not active". All the server are in a WORKGROUP. Can i resolve this problem? Thanks.
Hyper-V Systems not showing in Top N Min/Max/Average CPU/Memory usage widgets
I created a new business view, added 4 physical SQL servers, and 4 Hyper-V Host machines. Then I created a new dashboard, and added two widgets, the Top N Min/Max/Average CPU and Memory widgets. I then filtered the widgets by All Categories, but only for this business view with 8 devices. The problem is that the Hyper-V hosts do not show up in the widgets at all.
Workstation Monitoring stops after a client reboot
Morning, I am trying out the OpManager software and have tried to monitor a workstation to see what its like, I have setup the performance counters CPU and Memory, connected via wmi (winxp) using my admin credentials, it works all day then when the machine is powered down and back up again the performance monitors stop working. I have tried the Test Credentials which passes, and the Test Performance Monitors which Fail, i can remove the monitors and add them again and it starts working. I'm assuming

Hi, is it possible, if we like to use AppManager and OPManager in our company, to install just the OPManager plus the APPManager-Plugin (ManageEngine_OpManager_APM_Plugin)? CPU Utlization and Real time monitoring Not working.

Hello, i have an issue with the cpu value of my Check point firewall, it's always 0%, or if i type "top" command, i can see that cpu load is between 10 and 15%. I see that I can have OpManager alert me if a keyword I choose does not show up on a website. Is it possible do this in reverse ti have OpManager alert me if a keyword shows up. i.e. OpManager alerts me if www.blablabla.com has "Server Unavailable" or "Error". Thanks!

Config Mgmt Plugin Error
Hi, I have installed the Device Expert plugin on the probe server and when I try to go into the plugin under the network tab I get pushed to the Opmanager login page and once logged in again I am back to the main op manager page and not the device expert.
