Trigger actions after password change
Hello Guys, i am currently implementing ADSSP for a customer and now I need everyone to change their password in the system to sync it with active directory (and office 365). The problem is that i have to know when a person changes the password to start the sync to office 365 so that the users dont loose access to their office365 accounts. My Idea is that I have a task that triggers after the user changes the password. I know i can to that via the Eventlog with a little bit of powershell but i think

HTTP to HTTPS Redirect
I'm having issues with trying to get everything to forward to our password change site, for example https://test.domain.com I have Enable SSL Port checked, with port 443. When I go to test.domain.com it does not forward to https://test.domain.com, instead the site times out. I can get to the site if I type in the entire URL https://test.domain.com I'd like to be able to get access to the site by just going to test.domain.com and have the site redirect to https://test.domain.com None of the options

SMS Integration
I am currently looking for some advice/help. I have deployed ADSelfService Plus onto an ESX 5.5 environment but am struggling to get a USB GSM modem working on it due I think to the nature of the way ESX is handling the USB pass through. Has anyone else managed to get this setup and working and if so what modem did you end up using. This is the last hurdle that I need to get completed before I can start rolling this out to my user and is the part which seems to have the least up to date documentation

Our AD Self Service Plus is currently version 4.5. Is there a supported fix for the weak public encryption key issue (Weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key)? If not, is there a supported upgrade path from 4.5 to current version (5.3?)? Thanks, Dan

SelfService mail server fail
Mail service from SelfService has quit. I have tried to send test emails, which also fail. Where can I find a report that may say why? We use basic settings for outgoing mail (anon, port 25, SMTP w/ no SSL/TLS). The host server can reach the mail server (AD Manager is working fine). Thank you!
Locked out user report
Is there any report in ADSelfService Plus that shows the history of an account being locked out? In other words something that will tell me an account was locked out XX number of times this month? Thank you.

Policy Configuration
I have a policy setup to automatically unlock user accounts if part a specific group. An account got locked out and nothing happened. I am confused by one of the settings, the automation tab. Not sure if I have this setup correctly.
More secure DMZ solution?
Are there any plans to create a more secure DMZ solution? Some other products offer a front-end DMZ portal site, and a back-end service that then connects to AD. If I'm going to allow access for external users, I would prefer not to poke a hole in the firewall directly from the portal to AD. Basically the back-end solution offers a middle-man approach.
Password Expiry Notification
The email that the end user receives could use improvement. The message comes as one big paragraph and could use line breaks and if possible allow HTLM formatting. If this is possible please let me know how.
Updating cached VPN credentials
We are in the process of setting this product up and are trying to configure the 'Updating Cached Credentials over VPN' settings. The instructions are unclear on what to put in the 'VPN Client Location' section. We are assuming this is the c:\dir1\dir2 etc path. Is that what is supposed to go there? If there is only one path allowed how do we accomodate different paths to the VPN client for x86 and x64 clients? Example C:\Program Files (x86)\Client and C:\Program Files\VPN Client
Imported wildcard SSL certificate in ADSelfService - http and https ports unresponsive
Hello, We have followed instructions in "ADSelfService Plus: Guide to Install SSL Certificate" with a Thawte wildcard certificate. The Keystore generation did not report any error and the SelfService.keystore generated was copied to <install_dir>\conf folder. Some users getting 'Page cannot be found' errors
I was helping two users sitting side-by-side through first-time enrollment today; both are using identical computers, both are using Chrome. The first user filled out the security questions and answers and the enrollment worked fine. The second user filled out the security questions and when she clicked enroll she got an error message that the page couldn't be found (With back' and 'sign out' links, so a ADSS generated page and not a default browser one). AD SelfService Password Version 5.3 Build 5307 GINA integration issue on Windows 8.1
Hi, I tried deploying the GINA integration MSI file on Windows 8.1 computers. I am using the last release of the software as you can see in the title. But when the MSI is installed on the computer, and the server rebooted, I don't see additional info in the logon prompt in order to use AD SelfService Password. Did anybody faced that issue already? How can we fix this? Thank you
Sync to multiple Active Directories
Hi We keep multiple exact copies of production running for our Dev team. i.e. perfect replicas with the same IP's, names etc... using VMware VCloud Director. Our issue is keeping passwords synchronized across all the copies of AD. Does this product allow for sync to multiple AD's? Our plan would be to nat an AD controller (port 389 and ssl 636) out of each lab and point the AD sync at this. Will this work? Thanks Brent

Windows 10 Compatibility
I'm sorry if I missed a thread on this, but I couldn't find one. Is compatibility with Windows 10 something that is on the roadmap for ADSelfService, and if so what is the timeline?
Reset Password/Unlock Account at login screen does not close when clicking on the red X
When users click on the reset password / unlock account at the login screen (Windows) they are having issues with closing the popup window. Half of the time, clicking on the red X in the right hand corner doesn't close out the window (see attachment).

Silent install of Mac login agent
We have a Windows domain populated with both Windows and Macs. We are able to use the GINA install in the portal to push the GINA agents to Windows workstations (the service is running as a domain admin). The portal does not work with installing the agent on Macs. Is there a way to run a silent install of the agent on Macs? Thanks, Kevin
ADSelfService My Info quick successive update gets the hump
Fast successive updates to My Info in the Self Service Portal causes problems. Firstly, a blank white screen. Then trying to load the base URL again, you get the following warning: "Update your profile details. You have some mandatory profile details that need to be updated. Click Here to update now." Which gives the blank screen again, and you get stuck in a loop, or you get to a "null" page which says: "Sorry,the page you requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization.
Add ClickATell as Manual SMS Provider
I would like to add ClickATell as a manual SMS provider, but I can't get ADSelfService Plus to successfully send the message. I have verified the HTTP string by manually sending an SMS outside of ADSelfService. ADSelfService Plus - Firewall Rule
We have a firewall between our domain controllers and the ADSelfService Plus server. Initially, we found that it was taking about 3 minutes to reset a password. Reviewing our firewall logs, we found that TCP port 464 (Kerberos Change/Set password) needed to be opened. After the firewall was updated to allow this communcation, the password reset feature began working as expected. As more organizations place firewalls within their internal environment, I expect others will see this happen.
