We recently made the site accessible to the public internet, we have the site configured through an F5 balancer but since IP space in our environment is extremely limited we were forced to use SNI which allows the server to connect to multiple SSL Certificates to one IP address and gate. End users computer locks when AD SelfService Pus opens
User logging into remote accounting package via Cirtix.When user logs the AD SelfService Pus opens asking to enroll and the computer hangs. and the only way out is Ctrl-Alt-Del and end task on the process. Then the user can log in normally It only happens once a day when they first login into Citrix. Any thoughts/ suggestions?
Change password form not being displayed correctly
I'm attempting the 32bit to 64bit upgrade of 5311. Everything is going very well with one showstopping issue. The 'Change Password' form for users is not visible, and therefor not usable. It looks like it's being tucked away into unusable screen space. If you look closely, you can see the border being drawn for the right edge of the form. I have attempted a clean install with no screen/form customization, but the issue persists.
Universal iOS App BOTH iPhone and iPad
Please can we have a UNIVERSAL iOS app for AD Self Service, both iPhone and iPad supported in the one app. The "zoomed" iPhone app on iPad is unimpressive. Additional, as asked by someone else, a specific button for "Change Password" and not having to select "Enroll" as users may already be enrolled. Change Password Failed Password chosen failed to meet any or all of the standards stated below: 1. Minimum Password Length: A longer password is required. 2. Password Complexity: Password should be a combination of alphabets & numerals. 3. Password History: Reuse of old password(s) prohibited. 4. ADSelfservice App (IOS) not working
Hello, The app for the ADSelfservice portal is not working. Also, access to the mobile site via Safari is not possible (anymore). Chrome however, installed on IOS, works. most likely this has something to do with the SSL ciphers. I modified the server.xml as described in the fix for the "weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key" issue. Still the app and Safari is not working. Web Page hangs after Password Reset
we found that when a User is change his Password the Web Page hangs and the User just see the predefined Timer counts down but no Status Message. meant: a User change his password, click the Reset / O.K. Button and nothing is happen until the Counter runs to 0 Minutes, then the User get a Message called : your Session has been expired, please try again... but the Point is that the Users Password has been changed in the Background, so hi can re-login with the new created password. well, does anybody
ADSelfService_Enroll.hta file
We have this file being run during our login script process and we have the enforce="true" set. However, if a user ignores the prompt and waits for about 10 minutes, the prompt disappears and the user gets to their desktop. Is there any way to either increase the timeout or remove it completely? Thank you.

Hi, currently we evaluating the Password SelfService and i`ve found some confused Part. on the Report Section there is a pre-defined Report called : Security Question Report where i can see all registered Users with their associated Securit Questions and Answers in clear Text. Is it possible to hide Users Answers from any Report or can i delete the Report of the Security Questions completly from System ? thanks for any Tip ! Mario

I have managed to test using Organization Unit, but now I want only few people to enrol but I dont want to move their account to the different OU as they might loose other security settings. hello, currently i am trying to customize the GINA Settings, means add a Symbol (bmp file) over Configuration/ManagementTools/GINA.../Adjustment, but when deploy the GINA (Win7 Clients) no Symbol is visible at the Login Screen near the reset / unlock Text Line. is there any Trick to get this working ? thanks for any help ! We have multiple DCs in each of our sites and due to replication they are not all showing the user account as being locked out so depending on which DC the machine is authenticating against the user is intermittently getting the error that their account is not locked out. I've added all there relevant DCs under the site based DC configuration but this doesnt seem to work as expected. Is there a way to force the self service client to poll all of the available DCs for that site and if the account

Please add auto enroll automation
Please add a way to script the auto enroll feature. We only feed our users in by CSV and would like to automate that process. Having to log in every day to enroll users is very taxing. I asked almost a year ago and was told it would be done in a future release. That has never happened in the 3 service packs since. come on guys.. You cant have a request a feature button and not do any of the requests.

We are getting below error while opening self-service portal in google chrome. This webpage is not available ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH A secure connection cannot be established because this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure. How it is working in IE.

Multi domain managmenet for MSP´s
Hi, Has oneone found a good way to use ADSelf-Service for multiple domains (customers) management in single installation? The product seems great to handle multiple domains but if you have a domain list of 50+ you do not want users to scroll down to their domain when logging into the product. It would be much better if we could create unique landing page for each customer where only their domains would be listed. I have suggested this to ManageEngine but they claim customers are not requesting this

Hi Support, I manage to get a user to register 3 questions, but when she tried validation process. Questions were shuffled, is there anyway to stop that?. Example: During registration user answer question 1,2 and 3 but during validation questions 2 will be first one, 3 will be 2 and 1 will be 3. selected container (domain/ou) is empty, no users found
hi there, I have build number 5.3.5310 running of AD Selfservice. I have created an account to start the service and this account has rights in all my OU's to read AD information. Some of the OU's with users are not seen by the software and i don't know why. What am i doing? I click on Administration -> Administrative tools -> Quick registration -> e-mail. I select a OU and click to sent mail. Some OU's don't work and show the above message. Other OU's work fine and e-mails are being sent. However.

Hi Guys Having an issue with deploying the GINA client to a particular machine. I get the bellow error if anyone has seen this could assist that would be fantastic. We have tried restarting the machine running a cmd net use to see if their are any connections to no use. Operator technicians and restricted users
In ADSSP I'd like the technicians with the operator role to be able to manage restricted users. At present only technicians with the admin role can do that and I don't want to open the system up too much in case of accidental changes. Is it possible to change the items the operator role has access too?

Restricted Users table
We currently have around 60,000 users in the restricted list. Using the UI on the admin web page is simply too tedious to clear the list out. Is there a way to clear that table out all at once? Trying to do it through the page is going to take days. Here are the issue's we've run into with how the list works now...it worked well when we were testing the tool, but we are finding issues now. Users are ending up on the Restricted Users list when their accounts are disabled, which is what we expected
No more attachment in admin mail for Password Reminder
We are using SelfServicePlus for password expiration warnings. Since Update to latest 5309 the admin address is missing the report as attachment (no matter if HTML or PDF is selected). Is this a known bug?

Unable to reset admin password
I believe we were using a service account to query our AD. That account was compromised and therefore disabled. We now can not login to the console. I reset the ADMIN password using the .bat file .. one issue (I think) is that on the login screen the Log on to: drop down only has our domain listed .. I put in the admin admin and it fails .. I tried local\admin for user name but that failed as well. Ideas on how I get back in?
