Workaround - #8731835: For "You must load or assign this property before you can read its value"

Issue:

Customer is facing the issue "You must load or assign this property before you can read its value" intermittently. Customer is in 14200 build. Root cause for this is the below response received from the Mail Server.



This response is from the mail server and it is happening for both new and conversation mails. Since it is faced only by this customer and also, the response is returned from the mail server, we don't have any reasons to justify this error. For further RCA, we need to check with MS support on this.

Workaround:

For now, we have developed a workaround for this (This may not work as the issue isn't reproduced at the developer end).

1. Download the attached 14200_8731835.fjar file
2. Click here on steps to apply the fjar file.
3. Restart the application service.
4. Enable email debugger in the Admin >> Incoming tab and restart the mail fetching schedule.
5. Once the above steps done, check for the issue. If it occurs again, kindly share us the logs for analysis. If the size of the log file is huge, you can send it to us using our FTP link https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/. Select the product as "ServiceDesk Plus" and ticket number as 8731835.

Note: 14200_8731835.fjar file is compatible only with 14200 build
