Update Request Additional fields during request create/update using Business Rules - Deluge
This is a sample custom function script to update the Request Additional Field Values during request create/update based on certain criteria using Business Rules.

Steps to configure:
1. Download the attached scripts. Copy the contents into Request custom functions.
2. Goto Admin > Request Custom Function > Custom Function > New > Paste the BR_script_update_udf_date.txt content and save it with a name
3. Configure the created custom function in a Business Rule to get executed every time a request is created/updated.
