Unable to collect the data for Network Interface attribute using SSH mode for server monitors in Applications Manager

If you're unable for the Network Interface attribute using SSH mode for server monitors in Applications Manager, follow the steps below:

1. Open a terminal from the server you're trying to monitor and execute the following commands:
Linux:
LANG=C ip -s -j link
LANG=C ip -s link
Note: It is enough if you get the output for any one of the commands.
Sample Output:

AIX:
LANG=C netstat -v
Sample Output:

2. If you see an output for the mentioned commands, open Applications Manager, navigate to Settings -> Performance Polling -> Servers tab, disable and re-enable the Network Interface Monitoring option for the server you're trying to monitor. This should resolve the problem.

3. If you don't see an output or if you get a Command not found error, verify whether you have enough permissions to execute the command or if the necessary packages have been installed.

4. If you see an output for the commands, but still unable to see data for the Network Interface attribute, contact our support team (appmanager-support@manageengine.com) along with the Support Information File(SIF) so we can analyze the problem and get back to you.

3. If you're unable to any output for the above mentioned commands, then the problem must be with the server itself.
