If data is not available or if you encounter any error during data collection for Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 (On-Premise) monitor, follow the steps below:
Open command prompt in administrator mode in Applications Manager-installed machine.
Go to <Applications Manager Home>\bin\troubleshooting directory.
Execute the DynamicsCRMDebug.bat file.
Enter the Hostname, Username and Password when prompted.
Copy the output to a text file.
