Managing the msExchHideFromAddressLists attribute using ADManager Plus

Thanks for reaching out to us. From your email, I understand that you would like to use the msExchHideFromAddressLists attribute in the templates to manage the users' visibility in address lists.
It's important to note that if the users have an on-premise Exchange mailbox, we can use the Exchange tab in the User Modification Templates to enable or disable this attribute. Use the screenshots below as a reference for the same.

If you are looking to modify this attribute for users in bulk, use the Naming Attributes option under the Exchange Limits section in User Management to set this attribute. To do this, navigate to Management > User Management > Select Naming Attributes under the Exchange Limits and update the settings.

We can also use a CSV file with sAMAccountName and msExchHideFromAddressLists columns to modify this attribute for users in bulk.

Here's the screenshot of a sample CSV file that is imported from Management > User Management > Modify Bulk Users (Under the User Modification section).

You can also use the Modify Users option available under the CSV Import section to do the same.

Hope this clears the query that you have raised today. Please feel free to reach us back if you need further assistance.
