Have permission to access the Schedule Reports folder.
SMTP must be configured under Admin > General Settings > Server Settings.
Have sufficient storage space for storing reports.
Enter a relevant Name and Description.
Select the Domain Name from the drop-down menu.
For reports requiring granular object selection, a pop-up will appear to select users, computers, or groups.
Daily: Generate reports every 24 hours or at a specific time.
Weekly: Generate reports on a specific day of the week.
Monthly: Generate reports on a specific day of the month.
Custom: Define custom intervals for report generation.
Predefined time periods (same day, last week, last month, etc.).
Custom range to specify exact dates
Enter a different storage path if needed.
Select the report format:
PDF, XLS, HTML, or CSV
Check the Don't create extra folders box to store files directly in the selected path.
Click Message Settings to customize email options:
Attach Reports: Send reports as attachments.
Send as a ZIP file: Compress reports before sending.
Attach Empty Reports: Include reports even if they contain no data.
Publish reports and email the link: Send only the link to the report instead of the full attachment.
Modify the Email Subject and Content if needed.
Click OK to save the email settings.
Verify that report data matches the expected time range and format.
Use the Test Now option to validate report generation instantly.
Store reports in a secure location with proper access controls.
Use compressed formats (i.e., ZIP) to reduce storage space.
Avoid scheduling too many reports simultaneously to prevent performance issues.
Regularly review and clean up old scheduled reports to optimize storage.
