Learn how to export reports in ADAudit Plus for saving, sharing, or further analysis.
Prerequisite
You must have an account with sufficient privileges to access and export reports.
Steps to follow
Log in to the ADAudit Plus web console using an account with sufficient privileges.
Navigate to the respective tab that contains the report you want to export. For example, if you want to export the User Logon Activity report, go to the Active Directory tab. Expand User Logon Reports and select User Logon Activity.
Click Export As in the report view.
Choose the desired format for the export, such as PDF, CSV, XLS, or HTML.
You can also customize the period or apply filters to display only the required data before exporting.
The report file will be generated and downloaded to your system.
Validation and confirmation
Open the exported file to ensure the report data is accurate and complete.
Confirm that the selected export format and filters are correctly applied.
Tips
Use filters to narrow down large reports before exporting.
Review the report preview in the console to verify the data prior to generating the export file.
