How to change the date and time format in ADAudit Plus

Objective  

This article explains how to change the date and time format displayed in ManageEngine ADAudit Plus reports and dashboards to match your preferred regional or organizational standards.

Prerequisites  

  • You need access to the ADAudit Plus web console.

  • A user account with administrator privileges is required to update the date and time format.

  • The ADAudit Plus service must be running and accessible to perform the configuration.

Steps to follow  

  1. Log in to the ADAudit Plus web console using an account with admin privileges.
  2. Navigate to Admin > General Settings > Personalize.

  3. Under Date and Time Format, select your preferred format from the drop-down menus:

    • Set Date Format (e.g., dd/MM/yyyy or MM/dd/yyyy)

    • Set Time Format (e.g., 12-hour or 24-hour)

  1. Choose your Time Zone if required to ensure event logs align with your regional settings.

  2. Click Save to apply the changes.

  3. Log out and log back in to the ADAudit Plus web console for the changes to take effect.

Validation and confirmation  

  • After logging back in, navigate to any report to confirm if the time format has been updated.

Tips  

  • Always log out and log back in after changing the date or time format to ensure the new settings are applied throughout the user interface.
