How to extract HAR and Console Logs

Before taking HAR and Console logs Inspect the page, click on the corresponding tabs (as mentioned below) and then recreate the issue, only then the error trace will be written on the logs that needs to be analyzed. 

How to Inspect: Right click on the page where the issue occurs, and click on the Inspect. 



For Console Logs: Inspecting the page you need to click on the console tab as highlighted below. 



By clicking the below highlighted icon the existing logs will get cleared. 


Now recreate the issue and share the screenshot of the console logs. Do not copy paste the content, as we need to analyze the same with the colour difference. 
Please extend the below opened window so that the entire logs can be shared, 

For HAR Logs: Click on the Network tab



By clicking the below highlighted icon the existing logs will get cleared. 


Recreate the issue having this tab open and then export the HAR, 

You can click on the down arrow button to  Export the HAR, 




Along with the above, zip the complete log folder present under <product_home>/logs and upload to our bonitas. (FTP server).
