Fields with "&" symbol is not getting updated via Email Commands

Reason:
      The plain text content which is used for Email commands parsing is constructed without the "&" symbol when the mail is processed using EWS API.

Fix: 
      The plain text content construction using EWS API is modified to retain the "&" symbol. Additional debug prints has been added with this fix.

Steps to apply the fjar

1. Download the attached 14004_8915361.fjar file.
3. Click here on steps to apply the fjar file.
3. Restart the application service.
4. Try email commands with fields having "&" symbol.
5. If the issue occurs again, immediately zip the logs (<server_home>\logs folder. For eg: C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\logs folder) and share it with us for analysis. If the size of the log file is huge, you can send it to us using our FTP link https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/. Select the product as "ServiceDesk Plus" and ticket number as 8915361.

The attached 14004_8915361.fjar is compatible with 14004 build only
