Data not available in Active Directory monitor
- Open command prompt in administrator mode and execute the ActiveDirectory.bat file after navigating to <Applications Manager Home>\bin\troubleshooting\ directory.
- Enter the requested credentials as added in Applications Manager.
- An output file named 'ActiveDirectoryAttributes.txt' will be generated in the same directory.
- Reach out to our support with the text file generated to email@example.com along with the latest Support Information File (SIF) from Applications Manager with print all logs enabled for analysis.
