Data not available for Exchange Server

If you are using AppManager version 15470 and above using
WMI mode, you can navigate to
Admin > Self Help Tools and choose the monitor type to troubleshoot the problem.

If you are using AppManager version below 15470 or PowerShell mode, follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below.
1. Open command prompt in administrator mode and execute the ExchangeServer.bat file after navigating to <Applications Manager Home>\bin\troubleshooting\ directory.
2. Choose the mode (WMI/Powershell) through which the monitor was added and enter the requested credentials as added in Applications Manager.
3. Choose the version and role for which the data is not available.
4. Copy the output to a text file.
