Error: No Data available in Exchange Server monitor

Troubleshooting Steps:

For AppManager Version 15470 and above using WMI Mode:

If you are using AppManager version 15470 and above in WMI mode, navigate to: Settings -> Self Help Tools and choose the monitor type to troubleshoot the problem. Click here for more details.

For AppManager Version Below 15470 or PowerShell Mode:

    1. Open the Command Prompt in administrator mode and execute the ExchangeServer.bat file after navigating to <Applications Manager Home>\bin\troubleshooting directory. 

    2. Choose the mode (WMI/Powershell) through which the monitor was added and and enter the required credentials as configured in Applications Manager.

    3. Select the version and role for which the data is unavailable.

    4. Copy the output to a text file.

      ✔ The text file containing the output of ExchangeServer.bat.
      ✔ Screenshots of prerequisites done and troubleshooting outputs.
      ✔ The latest Support Information File (SIF) from Applications Manager with print all logs enabled and the reported monitor polled.
