Upgrading to 10500 fails

Upgrading PostgreSQL Completed extracting 15% Completed [|] [-]
Error occured while migrating postgres database.
100% Completed [-] 98% Completed [/]ed [|]
Uninstallation Completed
The only difference: We're running on Debian 9
It's really strange ... Where can I get more logs or assistence?
