Greetings for the day.

We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding our APIs. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible service and technology, we are announcing the End of Life (EOL) for the below mentioned API versions.These API versions have served us well, but it's time to move forward with more robust and efficient solutions. We have already released alternative V3 API versions that offer improved features, performance, and security. 

We understand that migrating to a new API version may require some effort, but we believe it will ultimately benefit your applications by providing access to advanced features and ensuring ongoing support.

The EOL for below API Versions 1 will come into effect by the end of October 2023, with our month-end release. We kindly request all users to make the necessary changes in your integration layer to transition to API Version 3 before this date.

Upcoming End-of-Life of Account V1 APIs in MSP

We have developed V3 API for Account module and the API is released in 14200. 

Upcoming End-of-Life of Site V1 API in MSP

We have V3 API for Site module and the same is released in MSP 13000.
