Unable to reset SDP administrator password

Hi,
I'm using On-Premises version of SDP and EPC on evaluation mode and planning to apply for a license by end of this month. I have configured it with PostGreSQL DB. I have followed the procedure as in How to reset administrator password in ServiceDesk Plus. (manageengine.com). After the successful execution of the script it is still not accepting default password. Couldn't figure out where it went wrong. Little help here is appreciated. Thanks..
