Hi, I've been previously unsuccessful on the production server to get HTTP to HTTPs redirect to work- I managed to get HTTPs to work, and display secured that alone was a struggle to get working correctly, now with the alias set and after trying to modify the server.xml file with all the different changes to make- the official redirect guide here: https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-redirect-servicedesk-plus-url-from-http-to-https#For_version_94_and_above Does not work.

I read on the community posts that users have been able to get it to work by installing IIS Manager - it would be nice to go this route since the official route doesn't work, but I'm just scratching my head and its trial and error with IIS after installing that. Any ideas?
