I am trying to improve our offboarding functionality.

My problem is very similar to what Matthew is describing:

To summarize:

I have a form for offboarding and this form contains an additional field (date) called "Delete user account after:".

This form contains a lot of tasks that are dependant on a task called "Start work". All tasks including "Start work" are marked, not assigned.

When submitted, a custom trigger puts the request "on hold".

I have a Request timer action that activates on the date in "Delete user account after:" and triggers a function that right now only changes the request status to "Open".

I have seen people do similar things using the Custom Schedules and query reports, but I can't seem to create a report that can both check if the date in "Delete user account after:" has passed and also list those specific tasks.
