I have several forms built in the Service Catalogue used for employee onboarding and off boarding. When these forms are submitted, there are tasks that are triggered based off of fields that are filled out on the form. So not every form will have the same tasks.
On the forms there is a field called Effective Date. Every form submitted will have this date filled out. I need to find a way to have the tasks that are triggered to have their "Scheduled Start Time" match that of info in the Effective Date field.
We've had issue of some task being completed ahead of time, and in the case of employee's leaving this has caused issues.
Having the Effective Date data filled out the Scheduled Start Date would allow techs to view their task and sort by date. So they can easily see what needs to be completed and win.
