Hello PitStop Community,
I've been actively using ManageEngine PitStop to monitor and manage a variety of endpoints and network services within our infrastructure. The platform has been incredibly helpful with its integrated tools and real-time troubleshooting capabilities. However, as we scale up, I'm exploring ways to ensure we’re using the best possible hardware to support these features seamlessly.
Specifically, I'm considering upgrading a few of our systems to an i7 10th-generation laptop to better handle PitStop’s load during peak usage hours. Before committing to this transition, I’m seeking feedback from the community—has anyone noticed improved performance or stability while running PitStop on such configurations? I'm curious if this processor generation optimizes the responsiveness of the browser-based dashboard, log rendering speed, or overall multitasking when multiple tabs/modules are open.
I also want to take a moment to acknowledge the PitStop portal itself, pitstop.manageengine.com, which continues to be an excellent support hub. The documentation, community insights, and troubleshooting threads have saved us time on more than one occasion.
Any tips, experience, or benchmarks you can share would be highly appreciated, especially from those who've made similar hardware upgrades for their IT teams.
Thanks in advance,
