Share a Request with another user

Hello, 

a simple Question: we use ServiceDeskPlus v14.200. Is there any other possibility to share a request to other users except that a technician has to share the request? 

The user in "E-mail Id(s) To Notify" get the E-Mail Notification, but no access to the request. The only way is that the technician can share it - without using the script found here: How to auto share request to users specified in a request field (V3) (manageengine.com)

Is the script the only way or are there another option?
