[ServiceDesk Plus Cloud] 7-day license extension for customers affected by the recent access issue

Dear Customers,

On September 15, 2021, users of ServiceDesk Plus Cloud experienced access issues with the application hosted in the US data center, which might have led to service interruptions and application downtime for our customers. Please check this forum post for more information. The issue was addressed and the application became accessible again within a couple of hours.
 
Since then, root cause analysis has been completed and the issue has been fixed. Customers can reach out to support to get the detailed RCA report for the outage.

To compensate for the downtime, we are offering a seven-day extension to the current subscription of all affected customers. We will update this thread once the license extension is applied.

To avoid such issues and interruptions in the future, we are enhancing our event monitoring process so that any potential alert is identified and fixed immediately.
