Issue with accessing ServiceDesk Plus Cloud

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the non-availability of the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud application.

We can assure you that our teams are already on top of the situation and working to bring the service back to normal. I will keep this thread updated as soon as the issue is resolved.

Please note that this issue is currently affecting the customers present only in our US data center.

Customers can access the application in read-only mode via https://sdpondemand-ro.manageengine.com.
