Greetings for the day. We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 14.7 - Build - 14730 Released.
Enhancements :
SDPMSP-12900, SDPMSP-15080, SDPMSP-15668: Send job sheets to users via email automatically using business rules, custom triggers, RLC, and timer actions.
SDPMSP-12927: Customize work log fields in job sheets using the work log dollar variable's column customizer.
SDPMSP-18852: Account based Two Factor Authentication (TFA)
- Add multiple Two Factor Authentication configurations to authenticate user login and admin configurations.
- Associate TFA configurations with one or more accounts, authentication types, and enable or disable them when needed.
- Users from specific accounts can be excluded from Two Factor Authentication using 'Excluded Accounts' in TFA configuration list view.
SDPMSP-23404: Default Workflow is now available for accounts that do not have defined service catalog workflows.
We introduced various integrations with ManageEngine application as listed below.
Integrations :
ADSelfService Plus Integration
- Empower users to reset passwords and unlock accounts without IT assistance.
- Increase productivity and reduce help desk tickets with self-service password management.
Key Manager Plus Integration
- Automatically log requests based on SSL Certificate alerts raised in Key Manager Plus for expiry or vulnerability.
- Remotely deploy SSL Certificates or initiate Vulnerability Scan.
- Remotely renew self-signed certificates or Microsoft CA certificates.
- Sync certificates from CMDB with Key Manager Plus.
Microsoft 365 Integration
Software details tracked in Microsoft 365 such as subscriptions, licenses, or services used can now be fetched into ServiceDesk Plus - MSP.
Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :
- Please follow our Announcements on major EOL topic , API changes, feature releases periodically. Please sign up and follow our community to get periodic updates.
- Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- Unpublished V3 API support is not available
Support will be provided only for the ServiceDesk Plus MSP builds (released within one year from the current date). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version to continue receiving support.
Regularly updating your software is a good practice, and we advise doing so at least twice a year to take advantage of the latest features and enhancements that can significantly benefit your business.
