We have started getting more and more inline images dropped because of size limit. Our users have started using their phone camera more to send images to servicedesk. These images are often too big to be imported to Servicedesk Plus (MSP). Is there a way to increase the limit on inline images? I know how to tweak the size limit on attachments but this doesn't seem to apply to inline images.

We are using Servicedesk Plus MSP version 14940 and MSSQL.

I found this fix Fix: Inline images in Incoming mail are dropped due to size restriction but it doesn't apply to our version of Servicedesk Plus MSP.
