Let me introduce our New ServiceDesk Plus ChatBot

No more long waiting for email replies or callbacks from the support team. Now ChatBot can instantly provide answers to your question and problem related to ServiceDesk Plus. 

You just need to land at our ManageEngine Pitstop home page to initiate the Chat, either from your Laptop, Desktop, Mobile, etc. ServiceDesk Plus ChatBot is designed with (AI) Artificial Intelligence and (NLP) Natural Language Processing features. It has self-learning capabilities when more questions are asked it learns more and updates its data repository.



Steps to initiate Chat:

  • The 1st step is to provide your name and email address to initiate the chat.
  • You will get two options "View my tickets" and "Need assistance".
  • If you are after updates on your existing tickets you can select "View my tickets" and get the necessary updates for your existing tickets.
  • If it's a new requirement/question/problem, you can select "Need assistance" and type a few words about your requirement.
  • How to question or configuration related questions will be assisted with a list of articles from Community KB's.
  • For questions that don't have an answer, ChatBot can self learn from our community articles that are solved and get you the answers.
  • ChatBot can help troubleshoot the critical issues, with KB's based your inputs, when there need for human intervention it can automatically route you to an experienced support chat representative. 

An interesting factWe had to consolidate and index more than 40,000 documents, for that we ran a contest within the team, the time limit was just a week and the prize was naming the Chatbot with the contest winner's name. Dhanya from the Support Team has consolidated the maximum number of articles. Hence the BOT is named as "Dhanya
