Interesting issue... my DC is down and i can't log in into ServiceDesk Plus locally.

Yes, i've tried all solutions listed her on the forum including this command:

 update globalconfig set paramvalue='true' where parameter='Enable_LocalAuthentication_Login';

It shows UPDATE 1 as it was successful, i restart the service, no luck.

I tried script - it did not work, throw's up an error:

Error: Could not find or load main class com.manageengine.servicedesk.reset.util.ResetPasswordUtil

Used that tutorial, How to reset administrator password in ServiceDesk Plus. (manageengine.com)

no joy.

So in fact i'm at loss now - how to get into the program.

Does anyone else have any similar issue?
