Hi

I have a need to create an auto share and I see from this link 

that i can use my own custom field (called auto share) that contains a set pick list of recipients. I would like to do this because I dont want my techs to pick from a huge list or send to the wrong person.

Can I create a multi select list and then have that auto share with whatever they pick from the list:

Is it possible to set this up this way? There would need to be a lookup on the technicians selected and their email address.
