AssetExplorer locked admin account

AssetExplorer locked admin account

I have locked the admin account by entering the wrong password many times. I have reset the password using this tutorial: https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-reset-administrator-password-in-servicedesk-plus However, it still says "Your Account has been locked. Please contact your administrator or try later" Is there a way to bypass this?
