Automation - User Creation determine template via field in csv
I am automating our User creation process. I have several templates for various types of users. What I would like to do is only have one CSV file and based on the Title attribute assign a particular user creation template. Currently I have 1 csv and automation job for each user type. This allows easier human error when a user gets placed in the wrong CSV. Any thoughts on how to do this within the ADManager Automation? Regards,
Report Question/Issue
I am running a Group Members report with several groups selected. If I export the results as PDF or XLSX, reports are usable. If I choose to export as CSV, I have no way of knowing which of the groups in my selection criteria I ran the report on the user belongs to unless I look through the Member Of field. I didn't see an option to change this. Am I missing something?

WMI credentails stored in Credential Manager fail, while succeeding when supplied on the monitor without utilising Credential Manager
Failed. Authentication failed. Kindly verify the username and password provided.Refer Troubleshooting for more reasons and solutions for them. Is returned when providing correct credentials, but is successful when supplying credentials in the credential manager. Have attempted to create new credentials and re-associate monitors to the credentials, with no success. E-mail a specific user upon one service catalog submission
Greetings, We have a use case for one company's termination requests to be sent to a non-IT user so they know to cut access to a specific system. This user is not an SDP user and we will not be spending the money to create him as a technician. We will want this functionality for only one Service Catalog item. I thought about making him an approver via Work Flow but that's sort of a crappy workaround and, actually, I may only be able to do that on a company-wide basis. Suggestions?

I am wanting to put in some type of text/note give the user a bit of direction on how I want the form filled out. I have tried going into the requester part of the form and putting some text in the description field. However... it never saves. I don't really feel it needs to be in the description field for the technician. Suggestions or ideas?

When I select an asset I can print to a printer. The challenge I am having is it is cutting off some of the information on the right of the printed document. I would like to see under Actions another option besides print preview called PDF Download. I do not necessarily need to print these but if I can download it with all the same information then this would be extremely helpful. Duo 2fa and Chrome Extension not working
Good Afternoon, I am demoing Password Manger Pro to see if it will meet our security needs. I have successfully setup PMP and DUO for the web console, however after installing the Chrome Addon(Extension) I can not log in. If I disable 2FA for my user account the extension will allow me to login. It appears as though DUO is not sending a over an access request and I do not have a one time password for the session.

Reports in AD Audit Plus stuck every time
Every time i try to get reports from my AD Audit Server , it tries to get some data and always stuck ! the progress bar shows its working but after it reaches NEAR the end , it stucks! and it does not matter how much you wait, it wont success. in our environment , we have 4 dc and ad aoudit is connected to them. please help me fix this problem
SNMP NO NEED FOR PASSWORD
we have procurve 5406zl switches .....there is no password on snmp we have setup. OpManager is requiring a password when we setup Credentials for discover on snmp....so it fails on these switches when discovering the Interfaces. What is the solution?

HTTP Deployment Using Zip Files Does Not Work
Wondering if anyone out there has encountered this issue and found a solution. When I try to deploy an application that has been zipped, it fails every time and on every client. If I remove the setup executable from the zip file and deploy it then it works just fine.
