How to Query contract information
I need to query the SDP database for the Contract associated with various assets from an external application. We are running on Microsoft SQL I do have read-only access to the SDP database and I'm able to execute query commands, my problem is identifying the tables and fields to accomplish the task. Request time created does not change with site and group
Hello, Just wondering if the created date and time of a ticket is "craved in stone" and does not change when the ticket is assigned to a new group in a separate site: Example: Email is auto assigned to team member in site A, group A with an SLA of 20 minutes. The team member will then assign the ticket to the site and group called B. The SLA for B is 40 minutes. which does apply but its from the time the ticket was created, not when it was assigned to the B team. This is central to my UAT and

Hi Team Have you got a script to run so I can copy all 3000 contacts across to another BU. Also AD import doesn't run successfully in any BU. It stops fetching contacts after 1004 count. Regards Nik
User Creation - How do I setup a template to create a mail account in a hybrid environment?

We have been creating our mail accounts on-premises and then migrating them to the Office 365 environment as this maintains the link between the on-prem AD object and the cloud account. AD Pictures
Hi there. We would like to use AD Manager to possibly show an employee directory with pictures so we can print it out (for the executive assistants). If I create a report in AD Reports I can add a custom attribute thumbnailPhoto but it only shows 1/0/- as the result. Is there a way to show the image in the report? I would rather not introduce another software to show an employee directory. Thanks,

Hi All we have a set of users that are external users. When our helpdesk resets a users password is there a way to email it to the users email address. We did this for newly created users - (see https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/email-password-to-newly-created-user ) but would like to do it when our helpdesk resets the users password too if possible.
ActiveSync enabled users in Office365
It would be real helpful to have a Office365 report that shows who has ActiveSync enabled. We only enable users that have Mobile devices and MDM through Office365 Apps. Having a report that will run against Iffice365 users would be really helpful
Changes made to a request after te request was added
Hi, I am trialing this product and have found something think could be improved. Once a requestor requests a user, it goes to a reviewer to review, and either approve or reject. Lets say, as a reviewer, I decide some information is incorrect, I am able to correct the information in the request, approve it, which then moves it to the point where a technician will submit the changes. This is all good functionality, however, for accountability, auditability it would be good if any changes were recorded

Feature Request Discussion: Distributed Server Repository Download
Would love to see possible feature to allow DServer to acquire needed patches from internet instead from Master Server. Most of remote offices have fatter pipe to internet than between offices.. Not sure if this is already the case but there is no documentation about it except the bandwidth settings between sites and replication schedule.
Requester Purge
We would like to be able to purge the system of Requesters that have no associated items (requests, tasks, projects, etc) in ServiceDesk Plus. We are a University, so every year we have students, faculty and staff who leave the University and we need to be able to purge the system of unassociated requesters to keep our requester count at a manageable level. We currently have over 100,000 requesters and that number grows substantially every year.
Unable to upload photo of self in Self Update.
I'm able to select the photo then crop it but when I upload and go back to Self Update the photo isn't there, any ideas? Other users have been able to update theirs.

Domain Policy Vs GPO Policy
We are having issues with ADSelfService Plus not reading the GPO policy rather it is reading domain policy. I don't understand why this started happening. Even after using the Domain level policy it still outputs an error message that we haven't satisfied the password criteria. This is really annoying, please advice what the issue could be or ask questions so I can provide you how the configurations is. FYI - I've reached out to manage engine and they were unfortunately NO help.

Should I download ServiceDesk Plus MSP file from here and follow the instructions from here to install ServiceDesk Plus MSP? Openwrt router softflowd configuration
Hi all, I would need advice as I am new to NetFlow on how to correctly configure softflow on Openwrt to get data in NetFlow analyzer. I have wan interface (eth0) and internal bridge interface for (br-lan). currently I have only configured br-lan but I am seeing mostly just conversation on the local lan level. I only have local IP′s in the top sources and destinations. I also configured IP group so I have incoming/outgoing traffic. is this correct configuration or I also need to include eth0 interface
OpManager 12200 Slowness
Hey guys, I'm running a new installation of OpManager monitoring ~250 devices. Sometimes when I'm adding in URL monitors, service monitors, and devices the websites will time out and just freeze. Then after it freezes I am unable to get to the website at all for some time. Are there any performance configurations that I need to put in place? Can I add more RAM to the java application or anything? Do I need to change something to run in 64bit mode instead of 32bit? Any advice would really be

My Tasks
Does anybody know how to make the space more usable? There is such a large area for the tasks, but you are limited in amount of characters before you get the ... and can't see what it is exactly you are trying to remind yourself of sometimes. As you can't control the size, it seems like such a waste of real estate, the character limit should be greatly increased to make this feature somewhat usable I feel.
Exporting not working
I am running some AD reports, and I haven't gotten any report to export successfully. It just opens a new blank tab in the browser and spins. I have also tried in console mode. I am trying this product out to see if it would work for our organization, and the reporting is the main feature I am looking at it for. Any ideas?

Any news for supporting SAML 2.0 in the onprem versions of Servicedesk Plus? This would be sweet to use with ADFS. I'm not sure why I am asking again because I have asked two or three times in the past 6 years for this feature. The current method of importing a user requires you to select the entire OU each time you want to import just one user which is a pain because we have OUs where some users need access to SDP and users who do not.
