How do I create the report I want?
Hi, I am trying to create a report where I would like to have the following included in the chart; Category, Technician, Country the request came from and 3 different stauses. Is that possible or do I need to do 2-3 different reports? We have a lot of Categorys, how do I use the filter to only include the categories I want? Thank you Brgds Marie

Hello, i have a big Problem with the SMS notification. In my Network i send sms via my SMTP Lotus Notes Server. To say notes send a sms. I put in the address path only number@sms without .de or .com or what ever (555444777@sms). I put in the SMS Mail ID field: 555444777@sms put i get no sms.

Dependency
Is not working. We got 10 alarms when our t1 went down. I have checked and its still isnt working. Also, url monitoring on a server that is also being monitered, how come it doesnt have dependency? if i reboot the server, and get a server down, why am i getting url down also!?? thanx..

Not distinguishing between inbound/outboand
We have set up the demo of firewall analyzer, and for the most part it appears to be behaving correctly. We have it monitoring Checkpoint firewall using Authenticated LEA, which also works, though there seems to be some significant discrepancies with regard to traffic volumes. The live report does not appear to be accurately reflecting the data. Also, the traffic related reports show our hosts (behind the firewall) in all of the lists. SNMP Trap Processors - problem
Hi, I usually generate traps from MIBs. But after generating traps I am not able to change SNMP Trap Version for that trap. I think that is should be possible because there are systems which support v1,v2 and v3 version. I have attached MIB and printscreen from OpManager. Could you please take a look into this? After adding my the IP address of my switch to Opmanager, the device and some details showed up. I can get reporting on CPU util, memory util, but nothing else. I would like to have the ability to report on Rx and Tx util as well as Rx and Tx Traffic. windows service monitors - not able to alert on all of them?
Hi all, I'm am monitoring some services on a server through windows service monitors. For instance I'm monitoring ASP.NET State Service. I also would like to be notified by mail when the service goes down. When looking in my notification profile under windows service monitors, I cannot select this particular service. More detailed installation requirements/instructions
Hello all; I'm interested in installing the Service Desk + software solution to test in my organization but rather than just installing on a server and praying, i thought i would look for some more detailed install requirements/instructions. I did see some threads on here regarding IIS, is that what it hosts inside? or is there some other method that is currently used? Does it use MSDE? Or SQL? I am setting up auto assigments to regional groups in order to send specific notitications to a regional technician. So I have requestes with national department and assigned locations. I cannot see the location of the department when I am seeting it up in business rules.
always show search options in requests page
In the request page, there's an icon (magnifying glass) which you can click to show search boxes for searching tickets. Is there any way that this page can be set for a technician login so that those search boxes are always visible, rather than always expanding them with the icon.

Are there any known issues with Checkpoint and how enabling QoS might affect the logs that are sent from the firewall to the analyzer? We recently enabled rate-limiting on OS updates. What this means from a logging perspective is that there may be thousands of sessions that remain open for several minutes before being "accounted" by Checkpoint and the bytes transferred data logged. Does Checkpoint send an initial log entry without bytes, and then send a second log with the total bytes transferred?

Email Polling
After running a test of the Opmanager6 and uninstalling the application. the service Desk is still polling the test e-mail from the OpManager which is no longer installed on the machine. I have deleted all the directories containing the OpManager and 1 week later I am still getting the test e-mail. the Service Desk email box is empty yet this is still happening. Is this a bug with the newest release which I am running Version : 5.5.0 Build Number : 5507 ?? Please Help

Report scheduling
Hi, am currently evaluating this product and need the following. 1. I would like to schedule a report (current as well as historic) with a particular destination, protocol and all the conversations for the selected period. I am trying my best but not been successful. I just need one consolidated report of the above. Pls advise step by step procedure. 2. I was able to manually drill down to the info I have asked above. Organising Protocols
Is there a way to orgaize the protocols and groups? Currently the groups appear in no particular order in selection boxes. Can they be done alphabetically? We would also like to see some way to organize the protocols, again either alphabetically, or by port number. We have found the random display to be confusing, and entries frequently get missed. Lastly, is there duplicate checking when a protocol is added to prevent it from existing in multiple groups at once? We believe that it may be the case
Inventory Scan - Active Directory - Last User Login
During the scan process of the computers, Is it possible to associate the computer to the last user logon. That would be very nice feature for the first implementation of the product. Anstead of associate 1200 computers to each AD Member, if during the scan you can choose this option, it will save a use amount of human time... Do you think this can be doable ?

mail fetching problems...
Hello SD-support, Once a while SD (v.5.5.0) stops fetching mails from our mailserver. Sometimes it helps to click the stop and start mail fetching button. Other times it helps to restart the SD-service (a few times). Yet another time I had to remove a couple of emails from the mailbox on the server, before SD would start fetching the remaining. The default for refresh on the requests page is set to "none". Is it possible to change this to every minute. It is annoying having to remember to change this everytime I login to SD. Many thanks George
Set DueByDate when creating a Request?
Is there a way to add the DueByDate to the Request Form so that when a Request is created the DueByDate can be assigned? The only way I see to set a DueByDate is to create the Ticket and then go back in and Edit the ticket and that makes the DueByDate available. I would like to have the option to set the DueByDate when creating the Request.

This is a linux moniroting, and when i checked the history of the user used, here is the line i got : sh null erenouv So, it seems it change the script name to a null value. Could you help me ?
