We are looking at using the API. However it seems that these are all in under specific technicians. If we want to use a generic API account (we are looking at for bug alerting and embedding into some of our apps), is there a way we can use a generic API key? Or do we have to get another technician just to do the API as that generic key?

Client plugin for launching 3rd party application
Hello, We selected PMP for the possibility to be able to launch other programs and for the password security/reports. We use for example VNC, RDPPlus, and Putty to connect to our machines. But this does not seem to be possible any-more with Firefox and also Internet Explorer is beginning to show weird behaviour. Network scan
Hi. When I am scanning network, in the scaning box shows that succesfully scan 105. But when i go to assets tab, It shows only 47 scan workstation deteced assets. Why it don't show all succesfully scaned workstations? P.S. When I scan only 1 IP address that isn't from the assets list, it scaned again succesful and drop to the workstation assets, but another workstation delete from the list.
SPAM filtered email still creates new requester
Hi, We have a very large number of filters defined in the SPAM filter because we receive a lot of different system messages that we need to block from creating requests. This is working very well. However, even though the requests are being blocked, it seems that SDP is still creating new requesters when the system emails come in. I end up doing regular cleanups in the requester list, and they keep coming back, even though the requests are not created. Is this possible, or am I doing something wrong?

We had an account email in because they were concerned over some information that we store on the account record that should not be visible to their employees. The information is account level info that when our support reps are working with the customer, we would ideally want to be visible. Change Task from "Marked" to "Assigned"
Greetings, I'm running SDP Build 9025. There are a number of tasks that were created and "Assigned" to a Support Group (using the "Mark / Assign" button). I'd like to modify some of those tasks to be "Marked" for a Support Group instead of being "Assigned". Is this possible, or will I need to delete and re-create the individual tasks, and then re-add them and re-organize the various Service Requests and Incidents. Windows Server 2012- SNMP - Pagefile
Hi all, Been having an issue with getting OpManager to pickup any details on the pagefile in Server 2012. Tried using the default MiBs and looked around for some others but no luck so far. Anybody got any ideas on how to do this, trying to avoid using WMI for now but may resort to it if there is no SNMP solution. Ideally just trying to find out how much % is being used of the pagefile. RADIUS user authentication configurability?
The RADIUS configuration screen in the UI doesn't allow: multiple server names/IPs customization of the NAS identifier attribute This makes it pretty inflexible. Can this be configured more granularly in a file somewhere? Also, how can the timeout be relaxed? Our RADIUS does SMS-based two-factor auth so some extra time is needed. A 60 second timeout would be good.

It appears in some of the forum links that this had a issue ID of SDF-57122 However, when I search the issues it doesnt exist. I'm guessing it was implemented, did it break, or am I not finding how to turn this off? Cannot find AD sync
Every 4 hours our PMP is syncing to AD and importing some users and groups, but I need to change what groups are synced and can't find the settings anywhere. Admin > Active Directory > View Synchronization Schedules doesn't show anything. In the Audit > Task Audit section I can see that "AD User Schedule for Domain -DOMAINNAME" is happening every 4 hours and when I delete a user it will come back after the sync, so it's definitely happening. Any help you can provide with tracking down this schedule

Task templates should automatically update tasks in Service Catalog/Incident templates
We're using SDP 9036. We use task templates religiously. We noticed that when we update a task template, the task is not updated in the Service Catalog/Incident template where the task is used. We have been updating our task templates, but they have not been updating where they are used. This needs to be fixed. What's the point in having a task template if the task is not updated in the templates where it is used? This really needs to be fixed.
Backup fails because file exceeds maximum ZIP file size
When trying to run a full (not trimmed) backup in preparation for migrating SC+ to a new machine, the backup produces an invalid .data file because it has reached the maximum file size for ZIP file (4,294,967,295 bytes). SC+ build 7936 32-bit running on Windows 2003. How can I overcome this or work around it?

BGP traps issue
Hi all, i've installed the last version of opmanager for testing the cisco bgp trap processor. i've imported all the necessary MIB imported that traps from the CISCO-BGP mib the issue is that only for bgp down opmanager issues alarm and alert ( with e-mail sending and so on ) but for bgp established ( bgp up ) opmanager fails to identify the trap at all. i have same issues with other snmp traps that are not default in opmanager ( wanted to monitor an UPS that is not in the default list, imported

Hello, I would like to customize mail alert sent by OP Manager, mainly the link attached in the alert pointing to the server. At this moment in the link the URL is referring to the FQDN of the server where OP Manager is installed. I would like to change this link in order to reflect the URL customized for our monitoring tools by replacing the server name with URL customized, which should be great in case of server replacement with another name. Opmanager will not start
Hello, I'm running Opmanager on a virtual machine in a Hyper-v setup. Something caused the host that this Opmanager server is running on to get turned off. I restarted the server and it came up fine. Initially the Opmanager service appeared to launch correctly and be working. However a day later I began getting an error message basically stating it couldn't get the devices details for every device. Trying to deploy a file/folder operation configuration
Hello, I just upgraded from build 90066 to 90135 yesterday. I am trying to deploy a new File/Folder Operation Configuration by computer as I've always done and am now getting a prompt for a password with my user name showing. I entered it and nothing seems to be happening. What's going on here? Is there a new setting that I am unaware of in build 90135 or is this a bug? Thanks, Eric
