Account Lockout
I have a user who is setup with the role "Super Administrator" and has recently changed their password in Active Directory, now they keep getting locked everyday at the same time and the lockout is initiated from the server that PMP is running from, and is the only thing running on that server. Nothing shows up on the security log under windows, so I am assuming now that there must be a "job" under PMP that now has the wrong credentials and the user does not remember setting anything up under their

Can’t connect with MS SQL DB.
Hi, I have installed PMP and configured MS SQL to use SSL Certificate. Then I changed DB with ChangeDB.bat Script to use MS SQL with Windows authentication. The DB was created but PMP will not start. The LOGs shows. (java.sql.SQLException: Cannot open database "PassTrix" requested by the login. The login failed.)
Bookmarklet
Is the Bookmarklet still a feature? I am trying to auto login to some websites and the URL method does not seem to be working for this site. Browsing the forums I saw some posts about the Bookmarklet but I do not have the option to install it as it is documented. There is no Bookmarklet option under the Auto Logon/web app passwords tab. We are on version 7.1 build 7100.

No DB connection after import of SSL Certificate

physical combination lock
I know this isn't the main use of PMP but can a resource type be created for a physical door combination type lock? It wouldn't need a dns or ip address associated with it. I'd like to be able to store the combination in a central place.
Agentless setup
Is there a document around that is a guide on how to setup the agentless for Windows PCs? I would like to import all of our computers in our environment and have them automatically change the default administrator password on each machine. But I have not found a cut and dry way on setting this up. Everything I've tried has not worked either. So if someone can give me a guide or some pointers, that would be great.

changing manage_key.conf file does not help - also blocks restarting
When I change the location to pmp_key.key either from admin menu or directly editing manage_key.conf file (direct the location to a to a usb stick and move the key file to the stick), nothing changes. I can still run the application from my computer or any computer without the usb stick plugged. But when I try to restart pmp service, it does not start. What should I do in order to put this security in effect?
Cannot install latest version of PMP on Centos 6.4 Console Mode
We are attending a client which is attempting to install the evaluation version of PMP on a Linux CentOS 6.4 System in console mode When client executes the installation the Virtual Java server starts but then suddenly stops and the installation does not continue. importing resources from csv/txt
When importing a CSV/TXT, ss going to 'default group' rather than the actual group we are in when attempting to import. Is this by design, or is there another step which must be completed in order to import this data . Again, the CSV of resources/credentials is being imported while on the actual group page we are attempting to import to.

PMP with existing local mySql Installation
We are attempting to try out Password Manager Pro MSP edition and are installing it on a Linux server. We would like the program to use the existing MySQL server instance to store the data, however, we have been unable to find instructions anywhere for how to accomplish this. We have also attempted to run the ChangeDB.sh and other DB related scripts but unfortunately none of them appear to run without a GUI installed. We have attempted to add -c and/or --console switches as the initial installer

Replicate settings across client orgs not functioning
Hi. I'm using the MSP version of Password Manager Pro. I've setup several organisations (MSP clients). I've then created some Resource Groups and User Groups at the MSP level, and gone to Admin -> Replicate Settings Across Client Orgs. I ticked all the boxes and clicked Save. But when I log into the client organisations and check, the User & Resource groups have not changed? I also added another test client org, in case it only synced to new clients, but no luck there either. No errors are reported

Import Respurce from OU
Hello I am avaluating the product and so far i have not been able to do much. I have been trying to import all the servers from our AD, but when i try to do it it gives me the entire AD Structure and not just the underlying OU i want. Is there a way to achive that?? I have tried to copy the location of the OU in the AD and paste it into the import wizard but it stills give me everything The OU i need is an underlying OU from another OU..... PMP Application Administration (Admin Account)
I have a question regarding security and role access. I read the installation documentation and it doesn't show or specify where the administrator account is created to manage the application. Does this local application administrator account have access to view/modify passwords in the vault, or do they only have the ability to configure and manage the application? I would prefer to restrict the local application admin account from viewing/modifying passwords, and only allow the Password Admins
windows connection method
we are evaluating Password Manager Pro and like very much. Our security team wants to know how PMP connects from linux back to windows to manage service accounts and user accounts. PMP windows Agent and Agent service account password change
Using the Windows Agent to handle password syncs for non domain win2008 servers which are firewalled off. I'm using the local Administrator account as the build-in window's service accounts seem not to have the privs to change passwords. Now the problem I have is how does this setup handle the changing of the service account's password by PMP itself ? The security policy we have to conform to specifies that any privileged accounts need to be changed every 30 days. This is the reason we bought PMP
Video size and achiving recorded RDP sessions
Hi, I am currently setting up ‘Password Manager Pro Premium’ and I have been asked to record all RDP sessions of 15 servers to be kept for 90 days. There could be a lot of videos being create in 90 days, so I need to know what how much space a video takes up every 10 minutes to be able to estimate disk space on the server. The reason why I'm hesitating is that I find no section covering the Live Backup with PostgreSQL as backend database on the online user guide. Problem logging in with LDAP and also running LDAP (AD) import
Hi We are running the premium edition of PMP and presently have a problem with LDAP / AD integration. Firstly, AD authentication is working - it was set up a few months ago and the initial import worked as well as ongoing authentication. I tested this today - changed my password on AD and logged into PMP successfully with the new password. So far so good.
