CPU and Memory Utilization not displaying in snapshot
Running OpManager 11400 , CPU and Memory Utilization not displaying in snapshot of Windows server 2008 R2 running on VMware ESX server. Verified WMI credentials working fine.

Looking throught the forum i identified ports to be opened. i opened them and turned the fire wall on and everything breaks. below are ports opened for op manager. i am banging my head on the desk trying to resolve this. only way i can get it to monitor is to turn off firewall. that is not allowed where i work. any one have insite into resolving this issue. CCTV views and real time graphs in Opmanager 12?
Just been playing around with the demo of Opmanager 12 and just have a question about cctv views. In Opmanager 11 we have several dashboards containing real time graphs and business views added to cctv to be displayed on a TV within the IT department. Is there any way of setting up something similar in version 12 as this will be the first thing my manager will ask when I submit the request to upgrade. Regards

Real Time Graphs
Hi all, I have some dashboards added to cctv to be displayed on a TV in the department. Some of the dashboards contain real time traffic graphs. They update well (every 10 seconds) but after lets say a day they stop updating. and they dont update even if you restart the server. they only start updating again after i repair the db ... but then after one day they stop again Please note the attached pic and note the time in the other graph is stuck. SQL query for OpManager
Please I am trying to generate report of network traffic in-flow on an hourly basis and copy this report into my postgresql database. I can view all the opmanager database tables from my postgresql but i don't know the specific tables needed for this sql operation. The tables in database don't bear there usual names. Please can you also possibly send me the required code to do this operation as well.
Monitored devices and their credentials

NCM for Cisco ASR 920 and ME 3600-x
Hi, I am evaluating Opmanager for our company.. I added our routers (almost all ASR 920 and ME 3600-x), but they are not added as device to the NCM-Plugin! I tried to add them manually using SysObjectID-Finder (see attachment) and rediscovered the devices - still without success. Btw how do you delete added SysObjectIDs??? Regards,
Process Monitors (v12)
So I would like to track/alert on exact number of instances of a process in process monitor, however the = sign with the value set to 2 and rearm set to 2 causes an alarm. THe instance count report shows as the value of 2. Is the = bugged currently or am I understanding it wrong and should be setting it to something different? Is it meaning to sound the alarm if the value hits 2. If this is the case, we definitely need a != which I found mentioned by ME in another post, but obviously hasn't made

How To Get 2 Separate Builds of Opmanager to Communicate with Each Other
Hello, I have servers in 2 separate data centers which live free of each other for full redundancy. I am wanting to monitor both networks using Opmanager, all servers are Linux and all switches are Juniper. Is there any way to monitor them both while only logging into one instances of Opmanager? Any help would be appreciated on this matter.

I am setting up a new instance of Op Manager and i am getting the error No Trap Parser defined for received trap: TrapOid : .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.100.1., This is for a Fortinet Fortigate 90D firewall. Vcenter cannot discovery VMware ESXi server
Hi support team, Our system as below OpManager Server configuration 1.Windows Server 2012 64bit 2.OpManager build 11600 3.VMware vsphere 5.5 Trouble: I've added vCenter for monitoring via VMware protocol -> All Virtual machines is discovery successfully. Hi! I'm attempting to set up OpManager to use our Exchange server. Exchange is configured to require TLS for basic authentication. In Mail Server Settings, I have TLS Enabled checked. When I press the Test Mail button, I get the following error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException cannot be case to javax.mail.MessagingException Our Exchange server is using a self-signed certificate. I'm wondering if the error is due to Java not trusting the Exchange certificate when it tries to establish a secure

Hi, I am using OpManager v12, but I am having some troubles to get started. After the installation process is completed and I login into OpManager, I get an alert like this “OpManager has detected that it has lost network connectivity and has suspended all monitoring. Monitoring will be automatically resumed once connectivity is established.”. When I access the device information for the server, the status is “Device not Monitored”. Any idea what might be? Hello Guys! I want to know if Opmanager have a plugin, or a software that instead only receive email with notifications, show a popup on my desktop..or something like that. I have an Opmanager installation, but, I'm on a secure area here in the company...so I cannot have any email on my computer. And stay with Opmanager opened all day checking "if" there is an error is not the best solution.

Hi, I need to know how to clean the database opmanager a device removed , sometimes keeps and does not allow adding the same device indicating oid error . Cannot connect OpManager to SQL DB Server
I'm attempting to install OpManager 11.6 Enterprise as a primary server in our environment. When I reach the point in the installation where I need to connect to the SQL server, I am putting in what I believe is the correct information but getting an error that the host name or port number is incorrect. I've tried using the SQL SA account as well as my account with domain admin privileges. I've tried the FQDN for the Host Name as well. The port 1433 is open for TCP on the SQL server. Not Discovering ESXI Hosts
OpManager will no longer discover esxi hosts - also will not discover the vcenter server and add hosts that way either. running version 11600 don't remember when this broke. any advice???

in version 12 whenever there is an alarm or event a window appears under your cursor informing you of the alarm. This does not go away until you clear all the alarms... the problem is that while trying to navigate the UI this window blocks your view of what your trying to click on. Is there a way to turn this window notification off? thanks, Steve

Discovery adds unknown devices with IPs already on other devices
I let Opmanager discover a LAN, it found the switches, but added unknown devices for the router-ports within the LAN. Routers have already been discovered and IP is in Opmanger - see attachments.

Hi, We have been monitoring our Solaris Sparc servers since more than 3 years using opmanager. We are facing some capacity related issues and need to understand the data volume size growth pattern over these period. The volumes are part of Solaris cluster managed by 2 hosts.
