Saving Monitoring Intervals
I'm evaluating your product and so far really like it. One problem that I'm having though is that all my clients PCs are generating alerts whenever they are shutdown. To resolve this I go under "Configure" -> "Monitoring Intervals..." and then uncheck the Desktop item. But when I go back into this screen it's checked again. What might I be doing wrong. Can OpManager send the trap to other manager? ver2
I have already explored the link that Radhai sent answering Li Guiquan's question. But for OPManager not only do I need to forward the trap, I need to edit for example the comunity first, and then send it. How can I do this, furthermore where do I get the java program needed to do this? Thanks
Starting OpManager for Windows as a Service
Is there a way to get OpManager 5 to startup as a Windows Service? If not, is this going to be added in the near future? In my organization it's hard to justify having a logged-in user start-up OpManager just to have it run. Thanks.
